“I had scheduled to have a hitch put on my SUV and unfortunately they had to change the appointments a few times but the manager was great and helped me find a time that worked with my schedule, even if it was outside of the hours that they normally do the hitch. They were very accommodating and did their best to accommodate my schedule and my frustration, not at them, but the situation. They also did a good job with my hitch. No complaints. Thank you!”

“I’ve used this particular storage a couple times and I must say it’s the best in the WHOLE county of Monterey and that’s because of the manager who manages this place. The manager here (Marie) is outstanding to say the least. She has great customer service when you have questions with top-tier professional knowledge! She’s just a all-around great individual, whenever I go to my unit she’s always friendly and down to earth, always puts a smile on my face! It’s a safe location, super clean and she’s always a little AHEAD of time to open the gate to the facility, which also is a huge plus! Definitely consider this place if you ever find yourself needing a place to store your belongings! Oh not to forget they have U-HAULS you can rent there as well!”
