“I absolutely love this Goodwill out here in Marina! And I have to give a special shoutout to Tiffany for her exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, Tiffany greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She is always so funny and has genuine conversations with the regulars and all those around. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, offering valuable suggestions and making sure I left satisfied. But Tiffany isn't the only one here at this Goodwill that is amazing. Every staff member I've encountered during my visit was incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. It's clear that they all take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers' experience. The store itself was well-organized, clean, and filled with treasures waiting to be discovered. I found myself a pair of brand new boots here that I always get compliments on! Whether you're hunting for clothing, household items, or unique finds, this Goodwill has something for everyone.”

“The reviews and photos don’t do this place justice. It’s filled with all kinds of treasures you wouldn’t expect and the prices are very very good. When I walked in the door it was like everyone was on happy juice. Everyone was having a great time selling and thrifting. Highly recommend!”

“Cypress boutique is a cute little vintage shop for clothing and accessories right off of lighthouse ave in Monterey! The owner is super sweet and helpful. We found lots of great items here that are all high quality as well as affordable! Highly recommend stopping in this shop next time you are in Monterey!”
“I love MPVS Benefit Shop! The people working here are always pretty nice. Every now then I found really cute little things & their prices are really great! wish more thrift stores/ benefit shops would have prices similar to this shop.”
“Very neat, great prices, and ran by some very cool and helpful ladies. Has some really great finds too, anything from kitchen and home use to some cosmetics and tech!”
“First time in today and found all I needed in one trip, lamps, chairs and a beautiful chest of drawers with a mirror. All great quality furniture and such helpful staff, now I know where to go when I have specific needs. Thank you”
“Great store, well priced and very nicely merchandised. The staff is also wonderful and it's always fun to stop in and see what new items are in. This is a very well managed store.”
“I've been by the SPCA benefit shop many times poked my head into it today. I bought my SPCA 2024 calendar a great value at $12. The benefits go fully to the SPCA.Friendly staff. Lots of many things for every age. Men, women and children. They have photos, pictures, you name it. Great prices. They also have tennis balls for your dog if you have a dog that likes fetching balls.Visit today and help raise awareness and money for a great organization.”
“This used to be my favorite thrift/charity store. Within the past few months, prices are much higher as they list items based on online comparison. Online prices are way overblown and 90% never sell for that higher price.
When shops do this on donated goods, it's a complete turn off. You make more money selling at affordable prices, move inventory much faster and get steady clientele.
Yes, you're donating for a good cause, but you're losing customers and even on the sale days or half off days, it's still too much.
Truly disappointed they got sucked into the Ebay price comparisons. All the shops around here are going in this direction, it's sad.”
“I used to have such fun shopping here. The merchandise was always kept clean and neatly organized. Fresh merchandise brought in every day. If you see it and want it, better buy it now because there won't be any more. So many bargains. Loved the place.”
“I popped in here to find a light coat while walking around Monterey. I found one that worked for me for $13. I thought the store was well organized with interesting finds and fair prices.”
“Great place to find things for your house, apartment etc.I've donated to these locations for years. This location is still intact as the surrounding businesses are not as they all lost their lease last November.”
“The people who work there are so nice and considerate they kind of move out of your way instead of making you feel like you’re in their way and they were all singing and it was just a great experience. I found so many great clothes. Great music also!”
“Cindy the manager is amazing. She really blessed my family this past holiday season and with the help of Wally, they made sure we were extra set to have happy holidays. I'm forever grateful to the staff at St. Vincent de Paul who are genuinely making a difference in people lives, because it was definitely a difference in mine. Thank you Cindy, Wally, staff God bless you guys ”
“Glad we got a chance to visit here and shop here. I got a cute sweater, skirt, well 2 sweaters and they're comfortable also and timeless! Ladies were really friendly and the guy at the front is very nice! Everyone here including the Filipino guy singing and dancing. Would come here again! Great selection of cute items that are classy and simple.”
“This place is small but with lots of items. We didn't have too much time to look through all the areas since there are large amounts of items. Not sure if it was new or had little of opening at this location but we could not find it on Yelp. The employee was kind, helpful and she was very friendly. The clothes looked good; nothing stood out for us but the prices were pretty "typical" of a thrift store. Definitely cheaper than the usual Goodwill stores. It is not the best organized store and it's not where you come to find "anything" you need but rather whenever you're not looking for anything and have time to look through things. Some items looked old and maybe some not useful while others looked old and could be considered "vintage". Overall an okay place to at least check out at least once.”
“Found some cute clothes; not too crowded. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I really like the central coast Goodwills. Fitting rooms are under construction. The parking lot is a little rough , almost got hit by someone who didn’t understand that they needed to give me room to back up if they wanted my space. I think there might be more parking behind the building.”
“I took my child and her friend thrifting, and it was our first time at this location. The service was fantastic and well-organized. While many items are priced similarly to brand-new ones, there are definitely lower prices on popular brands like Nike, Jordans, and Dooney & Bourke. If you're looking for those specific items, this is a great place to shop.”
“nice stuff, surprised by all the furniture of good quality, even bought nice mirir, a frames for pictures, an ottoman that matches my couch and mid century modern stuff that you can use without any sanding or repainting”
