Our account was inadvertantly set up as "Will Call tank refills" without our knowledge. So, our tank went empty - on a weekend when your offices were closed. But the tank and account were refilled and revised by 11 A Monday.

Eddie was professional, personable, and a delight to chat with. Your gas is exactly the same as everyone elses'. What sets you apart are fine professional folks like Eddie and Jennifer in the Marina office who take Customer Service seriously.

Propane prices are insane but they offered special programs that really helped and they were very interested in maintaining a relationship, even for a lower-use customer.
