“So pleased with the efficient and friendly service at the UPS store in Pacific Grove. I’ve had a mailbox there for over a year and have been very impressed with the quick and efficient email/text notifications when I’ve received a package. Picking up my packages and mail is always a breeze. They always greet me by name and know my box number by heart, sometimes even having my packages waiting for me before I walk in the door! They are always very helpful with any shipping question and very efficient and careful when packing items in boxes. The team has always been very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly—especially Mandy, Fiona and Adrian. I’ve only lived in the area for just over a year, and the folks here have been very welcoming and generous with advice on the area. Thanks!”

“Their mailbox services, ($20mnth) saved our lives. Not able to trust our resident address in an RV park to receive mail and PO Boxes so expensive. This small mailbox works well with important correspondence such as Calfresh, welfare, EDD, etc rather than PO Boxes which they don't accept. Always get mail on time only set back having to pick it up from San Juan Bautista to Prunedale but worth it by far. Debbie your awesome ?.”
