Johnny has been our insurance agent for our 6 vehicles and home for as long as I can remember. He is knowlegeable, professional and always helpful. He answers emails and texts promptly and always offers good advice. You can't go wrong with Johnny as your agent!!!

Johnny Eugenio is a very nice guy and maybe a great insurance agent for many people. But unfortunately that wasn't the case for myself and my Mother. I have known Johnny since our childhood and my Father knew Johnny's Father from the military. My Mother and I had Johnny as our agent for a homeowners policy that just didn't work out. There was some communication problems between us and unfortunately things just didn't work out. I have also learned that business and friendship don't seem to work out. Johnny Eugenio is a decent guy and good family man who truly cares about his children and I wish him all the best. After a lot of consideration on what I should rate him I will give Johnny a four star review. Just because his service didn't work out for me doesn't mean he's not a capable agent. I'm just a very particular person.

Unfortunately I will never recommend this agent to anyone I personally know. My Mother and I took out a homeowners insurance policy with this agent. In fact I paid for the entire years premium in full. However from the moment everything was supposedly finished that's when our problems began. We were contacted by Farmer's claiming we owed more money towards the premium. When we phoned Johnny Eugenio we didn't get any information nor did he phone us back. Before all this we were insured with the Hartford. Johnny Eugenio didn't contact them to inform them we now had Farmer's insurance and things became even more problematic. We were informed that having 2 homeowners insurance policies is a conflict of interest and also not allowed. Johnny Eugenio didn't do anything to resolve or rectify this situation. On the contrary he would much rather spend time away from the office instead of performing his job as an insurance agent. Needless to say one years worth of premium towards the Farmer's insurance policy was wasted and I now have the Hartford insurance only. As for this local agent I be damned if I recommend him to anyone.

My Mother and I called Johnny Eugenio for homeowners insurance on our house. We had insurance with the Hartford but wanted more coverage and to have an agent close by when we have questions or problems. Well during the year Johnny was our agent we actually had 2 homeowners insurance policies. Johnny Eugenio never contacted the Hartford nor did he mention to Farmers that we had prior coverage. This year 2021 AARP and the Hartford called me they wanted to know if I was going to renew my policy and they wanted to go over the coverage, etc.I told them I had Farmers with Johnny Eugenio and that we paid for a year in full. We were informed that this is not allowed and is a major conflict of interest. They also said Johnny should know this as a licensed agent.We attempted to phone Johnny Eugenio many times and calls aren't answered or returned.We even wrote to Farmers that we are cancelling the policy which has been very problematic. Just the other day we received a bill from Johnny Eugenio with a note threatening to send us to collections if we don't pay. Is this agent kidding? He defrauded us out of a years payment in full for a sham insurance coverage that would not have paid anything if something would have happened because we had other coverage.I definitely would never recommend this agent he dishonest and doesn’t seem to know his business.

Johnny was very helpful in filing out paper work for us which our agent Mark Leonard refused to do. Mark was not friendly. Once this is settled, I am transferring my insurance to Johnny Eugenio. I would recommend Johnny, he is helpful and friendly.

Do you feel like you don't want to deal with paperwork? How about late at night and you need answers? What if you get into an accident and don't want to deal with all of it? Johnny is the right person for it! He will do it all for you offer advice on how to handle things and so forth. And when he is having family dinner and interrupted with a text or phone call to add a brand new car to your policy yes he will definitely do it all! So grateful for him! Service beyond outstanding! I am only giving him a 5 star because that is the only offered but he is totally a 10+!
