This morning I went into the pharmacy to pick up my husband's RX. The tech told me there were 2 prescriptions but 1 was not ready. She said, she could have it ready in 20 mins. I said, is there any way you could do it sooner?, I am on my way out of town. She said, no we just opened and have a few ahead of you. No problem, you can't fill 4 Vitamin D tabs. I don't have a problem with waiting, the pharmacy just opened. I worked at CVS as a tech, I know it can be done. The pharmacist on staff heard me but did not intervene. I prefer a Pharmacy that doesn't mind going an extra step for it's patient. The staff here generally is not pleasant. The volume at this store can't be very high. You guys are never busy! It doesn't hurt to be kind.

Had to switch from Costco pharmacy to CVS. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. As a healthcare provider, it's shocking to me when both a pharmacy technician and pharmacy manager show no compassion, help, or kindness and say "it's not my problem, nothing I can do." When the least they can do is be kind.

I called in for my Trulicity on the 5th of December and here it is the 15th of December and I still haven't gotten it refilled!! How can CVS do this to people who need their medicine!! I am so very upset and I am not feeling well!! I think someone needs to be reprimanded!! This is unacceptable!

Ms. Alma, the pharmacy tech is AMAZING! She is so helpful, the best customer service, super knowledgeable and always remembers me. She is the best!!

Always a painfully long and rude experience picking up my prescription here. Avoid this pharmacy if possible

Literally have marked multiple times via text options and even informed them in person I do not need the last prescriptions weeks ago. I had a total different prescription from a new doctor sent today and they sent me home with the old ones. This mean if I had not paid attention I would have started a damn steroid drug I didn't need. The man assisting me looked truly out of it which was rather funny but no so funny hope he was ok. When I asked him to update the phone number on the system he said I need to call Corp for that, which makes no sense. They have another system which does have my updated phone number but that's what I was attempting to explain to him--that I do not receive any phone calls that my prescription is ready and I get text messages until the next day that they are. In addition they still have my old address as well. It's certainly not like the great techs that were there before who'd offer to explain the prescriptions for you, the man that "helped" me barely wanted to come out of his coop and was actually rushing me. (You had one job y'all--one job) CVS pharmacy low key trying to kill me lol funny but not that funny. Check your prescriptions. Ask a bunch of questions.

Was nervous is wouldn't be a good experience and was dealing with a pretty painful UTI and had my two toddlers so I needed it to be quick. The blonde technician with a big personality was very friendly and apologetic that things were chaotic on their end, but apologies weren't necessary because they got me what they needed in a timely manner.

I used this pharmacy for over two years, and the blonde pharmacy technician is rude and quite unprofessional. Every time I had to deal with her was just plain unpleasant. I've recently been put on new prescriptions for my pregnancy and for some reason this location does not carry my medication, and they kept putting a hold on the medications they do carry saying I needed to contact my doctor. I saw my doctor in person yesterday (as you have a million appointments while pregnant) and she was very clear in letting me know that they should not have put my prescriptions on hold and they in fact have contacted this pharmacy to try to work things out. She also said they have no reason to not fill certain medications that the blonde technician told me they "didn't carry". I've finally changed my pharmacy to a different location, and I'm so thankful I'll never have to deal with such an awful woman again. You'd think she would have some kind of nurturing or caring side working in a field that deals with medication, but she didn't act that way the past couple of years.

Couldn't be more unprofessional. I'm just trying to get a dang vaccine that I have a prescription for and am paying cash for and I hear this lazy a** blonde pharmacist or pharmacy tech complaining about how this is "the third special order of the day". She tried talking me out of getting the vaccine after I was already waiting 40 minutes for someone to give it to me and then proceeded to start complaining about it. I'm sorry you don't want my business lady but this is the job you signed up for. Should I have started with the fact that the reason I'm paying cash is because I called the pharmacy twice to make sure that the vaccine I actually needed (and is 100% covered by my insurance) was in stock but then when I got here I was informed that they and all other CVS's don't have it in stock. The end result is that, I'm getting a slightly different vaccine that is not covered whatsoever by my insurance. Now I sit here an hour later because they are worried that the vaccine doesn't have any refills and they want to call my doctor. The next dose of this two-dose vaccine can't be administered until two months from now at the SOONEST, and up to six months later. Can we just freaking address what can be done today and worry about the rest later? This is insane...

My prescription problems were insurance or doctors delays. This place has been good to me.

This is no longer a pharmacy that provides adequate service. Ever since the takeover by CVS of this Target located pharmacy it no longer has the fantastic services it once offered. It's become very unreliable with horrible wait times. Everytime I need something there's a long line of other patients ahead of me.. I hate dealing with this pharmacy and prefer going elsewhere. Also I have been given medication that wasn't properly filled at this pharmacy. I now get my medication from Express Scripts by mail.

Once upon a time this was an amazing pharmacy before CVS took control. Nowadays there's huge delays getting prescriptions refilled as well as constant problems with insurance authorization. What's also annoying is that they never have enough help. They have 1 technician and 1pharmacist. Sometimes the lines for waiting move slower than a snails pace. Staff have problems with the computer or there's difficulty with processing. Always a problem at this location. When Target ran this pharmacy everything ran smoothly without and problems. Tuesday March 10th this morning they had the technician working alone. There wasn't a pharmacist around. The had a line of people waiting and the poor pharmacy tech was very overwhelmed. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes standing around. I got my prescription filled elsewhere as well and will no longer be using this location.
