I have been doing my banking with Chase for about 5 years now, and it is an excellent bank. The only thing I have a problem with, is they have nothing to count large sums of change, and as big as Chase Bank is they should have change counters in each Bank.

There are 10 windows in the building but I have only ever seen 1 open with a huge line. There are only two ATMs and it seems someone is always doing a ridiculously long transaction making it impossible to get quick cash at this location. Chase is such a terrible bank now, it used to have really good customer service. :-(

This location can get pretty busy in the afternoon so if you're in a rush, come earlier in the day. The bank manager is friendly and helpful and I've always had pleasant exchanges with the tellers. I wish it were easier to make an appointment with a banker that wasn't booked out a week+. Other than that, no major complaints with this branch.

What can I say? It's a bank! I get a friendly greeting every time I go, and the numbers always add up correctly. I've banked at the Marina branch for 20 years, and I've never had a problem.

If I could give no stars I would!!! Just the worst company I've dealt with ever! Make sure you have a beneficiary on your accounts with Chase or they WILL KEEP ANY MONEY LEFT when a loved one expires! Enough said!

I was greeted when I entered and asked how they can assist me. I only needed the ATM that was in their lobby.This atm gives you a choice of bills, 1's 5's 20's or 100's.

The outdoor ATMs no longer work! So you have to use the little SUPER SLOW ATM inside or go to a teller. Which is very inconvenient for those who aren’t off work until the bank is closed.

this location has no sense of urgency the branch manager seems slower then slow the two poor tellers work at their own pace there is no customer service the line is always out the door and they will sit there and conversate with clients about none banking issues while there is 12 people in line. we waited nearly 32 minutes before we could be seen at the teller line and there were about 7 more people behind me. the branch manager doesn't seem to care for any of the clients he is living in his own world i never caught his name but i heard he was new he is a tall white male never once came to check the line to see if he could assist anyone at the atm or see if there were anything he could do to please anyone he was like on his phone standing in a banker cubicle. tellers would consistently have to walk out off their teller side to walk to the manager (photo included where there is NO TELLER at the window) to ask a question for them to have to wait since he was on his cell phone. this branch is a mess CHASE needs to get it together hire new people including the branch manager. Hire someone from Wells Fargo where they know sense of urgency to assist clients in a timely manner.

I went 2 different days, try open account, but can’t because they are busy ( bankers talking, laugh each other’s without customers help) that’s how they are busy?

I don't think they support business account at all.I am not able to get some coin from them but wells fargo did.Actually one start is not deserved for them
