The BofA ATM and Financial Center are now permanently closed in the Lucky supermarket in the Seacrest Shopping Center in Marina. The nearest ATM is in Sand City. I called BofA, and after a long wait, I asked about whether they opened up any ATM's at another location in Marina. Unfortunately not. We have to drive several miles now. The representative said that I can buy something in the store and then request cash back. Not an acceptable answer to my inquiry. As the city is growing, BofA closed its financial center and their ATM's. Not good.

First they closed the financial center due to covid then several months ago a sign went up that they were removing the ATM. I contacted BofA and was told that they were only moving the ATM to another location in the center. Yesterday I went to use the ATM and it was gone and no new one was in the shopping center there was a sign directing us to go to SAnd City. This is totally unacceptable, first closing the banking center then the ATM and lying to us. It is time to switch to a full service bank in Marina either Wells Fargo or Chase. I have been with them for many years and am disgusted at their total lack of customer care. T o add insult to injury you can not contact them by email I guess there are too many customers complaining about their lack of customer service.

This branch may be a wonderful branch, I don't know. I was hoping a B of A was in Marina. I Googled it, yes, 270 Reservation Rd. The website failed to mention that it was inside a Lucky's. It was nighttime and I couldn't find it. I used an atm at CVS and paid $3 svc fee. If you want us to use you, make sure we can find you.
