“Big shout out to Real Bros Auto Pros! I reached out looking to get my Tesla Y wrapped with Full Front PPF. Alejandro got back to me within a few hours and answered my questions including the pricing, tiers of PPF , warranty etc. Mentioned that I could drop off my car on Sunday (which is a day they're usually closed via Yelp). I showed up and Alejandro was as there to greet me as soon as I pulled up. He also showed me a current car that they were adding the Full Front PPF -- looked great! Before leaving, I had a few more questions about the Full Front PPF and Ceramic Coating to add on top. Later that night, I thought about adding Ceramic Coating and reached out at almost 11pm (thinking they would get to me in the morning). To my surprise, Alejandro responded within 5mins and said it would be no problem to add but let me know that I would need to pick up on Tuesday instead of Monday. As soon as I got to the shop on Tuesday, Alejandro greeted me and showed me my car.. wow - my car looked amazing! He showed me some imperfections on the car caused by the manufacturer and tried to clean/buff out before putting the wrap. It was really small and barely noticeable. While Alejandro brought my car to the front, his partner/colleague asked if I wanted some water (which was a nice gesture). My car was parked outside and Alejandro mentioned it would be a few more minutes as he was taking out tiny air pockets. From beginning to end, Alejandro took care of me and answered all questions I had before and after I dropped off the car. He was very honest about the process, imperfections on my car and you can clearly see that he's very passionate about what he does. I highly recommend Real Auto Bros Pros (Note: Real Auto Bros Pros do not recommended to wash your car after the ceramic coating for at least a week. They provide a free car wash 1 week later and will check the Full Front PPF/Ceramic coating as well) Thank you Real Auto Bro Pro & Alejandro!”
