“No other place to buy your electronics!! Very knowledgeable floor staff in every category. They take loads of time to explain choices of computers, TVs, everything. Staff will give you insights on value, quality and features that you could never get from Target or other competitors. The repair service and home installation are superb. Geek Squad staff are brilliant. If it can be fixed, they will do it, and with service membership it is often free. Ive been a Geek Squad Member for years, and I have a ton of electronics, so no need to consult anyone but me for Best Buys review. Also, they keep their word on every promise”
“I recently purchased an under-counter refrigerator from B.I.D. There were many details that my cabinetmaker needed to know to ensure a built-in look for the fridge. I directed my contractor’s and cabinetmakers’s many questions to Sean at B.I.D.about dimensions, articulated hinges, swing angle off door, adjustable height, etc.
Sean very patiently searched for and provided me with the answers I needed. He is an excellent communicator and great at customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with B.I.D.”

“Had a dryer from 2015 putting out an error code. I tried to fix it and failed, had to call a professional. They were able to schedule an appointment within the next week, charged a fair price, and explained the problem well. FYI, they do not take card. Overall very professional. Will use for any future issues.”

“SO FRIENDLY. My mom bought her Miele Flamingo ii in 2004. She has had this vacuum through moves, breakups, pets, toddler grandkids. So when it stopped turning on she was beside herself. She couldn't bear to part with "Hilda,"- thus a call to PG Vacuum and Appliance was made. Dropped her off (the vacuum not my mother) on Saturday and she will be ready to go home Tomorrow. (Tuesday) the staff could not have been kinder. It's a family business. They were very knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. They also assured us that if Hilda happens to break down again, they will be there. And they can repair her til the end of days. We will be back. And we will be singing their praises from the rooftops. THANK YOU PG VACUUM AND APPLIANCE.”
“I needed some locks re-keyed and after some outrageous quotes from other sources I remembered that Home Depot does them in the rental department of the store.Apparently only a handful of employees have acquired such skills, so I did have to wait until he was on the schedule. The employee that helped me was Mark who works in the rental department not only was he very friendly, but patient as well as the job isn’t a very expensive job, but does take a few minutes of concentration as he was helping me. He was also helping his fellow coworkers Home Depot should be lucky to have such a great employee. ????”
“I ordered a TV off Amazon and noticed a newer feature: pick up at Best Buy. Intrigued, I went for it. Everything was pretty straightforward, except that Amazon does NOT make it an easy process for the employees. This was a pleasant experience for me, but just based on my own retail working experience, it was unnecessarily complicated for them (they did not communicate this. They were lovely and patient. I just know from having been in their shoes). Amazon provides no barcode, and doesn't communicate which phone number to provide for order pickup. I got my tv and it didn't take much time, cuz the employees rocked, but I'll be avoiding that amazon to best buy option from now on. Price was the same anyway - my point is this: just get it from Best Buy if you're gonna pick it up at Best Buy.”

A few weekends ago, I was decided to go inside and check it out. Customer service was friendly and efficient from start to finish. I was greeted by Jerry and he was super helpful during my entire shopping trip.American Supply has an excellent selection of almost everything. They have restaurant supplies- all things you would need to run a restaurant from chopping boards, forks, platters, mixing bowls, knives, etc. They even have a few of the coveted Boos chopping blocks. They have restaurant to go containers, I usually buy them so I don't have to share my Tupperware with family or friends. They have cleaning/janitorial supplies. If you're looking for hand sanitizer, wipes, face masks you're in luck as they have the PPE here.This is open to the public and not just business owners. “Last week I was in desperate need for some specific grab bars for the shower. I had endlessly looked on line. I went to the store and the bars I wanted were not on the shelf. After asking a floor worker, I went to customer service. Ashley was incredible. She took the time to look up what I wanted. She confirmed the my confusion on line was legitimate. Then she proceeded to find the bars in the store- located in another section. I left the store with what I need. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. THE BEST. Ashley's service gives Home Depot in Sand City/Seaside, CA a good name.”

“Went to pick up a vga adapter for my husband. I didn’t know where to look for it. Got passed up by a few employees for around until Aryll came by and asked if I needed help. She was amazing took me directly to the area where the item I was looking for was and she found the item for me. Best Buy should hire more employees like Aryll!!”
