I directed my contractor’s and cabinetmakers’s many questions to Sean at B.I.D.about dimensions, articulated hinges, swing angle off door, adjustable height, etc.

“I ordered a TV off Amazon and noticed a newer feature: pick up at Best Buy. Intrigued, I went for it. Everything was pretty straightforward, except that Amazon does NOT make it an easy process for the employees. This was a pleasant experience for me, but just based on my own retail working experience, it was unnecessarily complicated for them (they did not communicate this. They were lovely and patient. I just know from having been in their shoes). Amazon provides no barcode, and doesn't communicate which phone number to provide for order pickup. I got my tv and it didn't take much time, cuz the employees rocked, but I'll be avoiding that amazon to best buy option from now on. Price was the same anyway - my point is this: just get it from Best Buy if you're gonna pick it up at Best Buy.”

“Never knew this place existed, Went on contractor advice to Fegusons, needed a work station sink in a small size..and faucet. Had appointment with Laura Marquez...she was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and was able to see a model. Items ordered and arrived at my house in perfect condition. “SO FRIENDLY. My mom bought her Miele Flamingo ii in 2004. She has had this vacuum through moves, breakups, pets, toddler grandkids. So when it stopped turning on she was beside herself. She couldn't bear to part with "Hilda,"- thus a call to PG Vacuum and Appliance was made. Dropped her off (the vacuum not my mother) on Saturday and she will be ready to go home Tomorrow. (Tuesday) the staff could not have been kinder. It's a family business. They were very knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. They also assured us that if Hilda happens to break down again, they will be there. And they can repair her til the end of days. We will be back. And we will be singing their praises from the rooftops. THANK YOU PG VACUUM AND APPLIANCE.”

“I needed some locks re-keyed and after some outrageous quotes from other sources I remembered that Home Depot does them in the rental department of the store.Apparently only a handful of employees have acquired such skills, so I did have to wait until he was on the schedule. The employee that helped me was Mark who works in the rental department not only was he very friendly, but patient as well as the job isn’t a very expensive job, but does take a few minutes of concentration as he was helping me. He was also helping his fellow coworkers Home Depot should be lucky to have such a great employee. ????”

They were able to schedule an appointment within the next week, charged a fair price, and explained the problem well. FYI, they do not take card. Overall very professional.
