I’ve been here several times over the years. I’ve consistently had quality, friendly, professional service. This visit Sean helped my mother and I handle a few wire transfers excellently. He’s incredibly friendly and thorough!

Very poor service and Unprofessional.I had to approach to the window to talk to the Branch Manager for a claim ( this suppose to be a private matter ) and I was starting to tell the Manager about the issue, there is about 10 customers waiting on the line for the cashiers and I fell very uncomfortable.I told the Manager if she can take me to one of the empty desk in the office ( about 7 of them ) so the conversation can be more appropriate and not let the whole world about my claims?She did not even bother to say sure, instead she says sorry but you have to go to other Branch??Wells Fargo Bank Headquarters need to take this Business at the serious and Professional level.

I visited this Marina Wells Fargo branch at 1:00 on a Friday to speak to a banker about the interest rate promised (but not paid) on one of my accounts. I was directed to the branch manager. The manager was shockingly rude and stated (very meanly) that she would not correct the error or honor the promised interest rate before getting up and walking away. It was unbelievable that someone with such a hostile disposition would be a branch manager. I then requested a cashier’s check to take my bank balances to another bank. The same mean branch manager would NOT RELEASE MY FUNDS or issue my cashiers checks to be spiteful. Is this even legal??? My funds were liquid with no restrictions. She had no basis to withhold my funds other than spite. I had to contact a district manager at another branch to get the bank checks, and the district manager assisted me and gave me the requested cashier checks. The district/area manager also referred me to a new banker at another branch. It worked out in the end but unfortunately I was forced to spend the day before Christmas Eve traveling between Wells Fargo branches to withdraw my assets, rather than spending valuable time with my family.

went to update account details and counter staff was friendly and connected me to a personal banker Melissa, which was fabulous. She didn't only helped with my account but also helped me with some other concerns passionately. Really appreciate her effort.

I have to say I agree with pretty much all the people that gave this branch (and tbh the entire corporation) that gave them one star reviews. If I could I would leave zero. They have absolutely no consideration for their customers. Bad enough they shortened their hours on Saturday to noon let alone suddenly decide to not open at all on Saturday. It would be nice to know ahead of time. MAYBE UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YELP TO START????!!!! I had to race to another location as it was already 11:45. That location also was closed, and not even a note posting their new hours. (Marina shopping center near AMC) So by that time it was 11:50. I had to get to palms and sepulveda location within 10 mins. Thankfully I did not cause an accident on the way or you'd also be looking at lawsuits. I am definately switching my bank services to a different company. This was the final straw. Wells Fargo can eat d*cks

Stuff are rude and finding ways to refuse giving your money stay away from this facility because they will hold you for long time just to say no.Second time disappointed from their stuffs.

This branch is using Covid as an excuse to limit teller and banker services. They often have no bankers available for routine services like sending wires, and will only have one teller even during busy times.

Bank staff was very rude after they made a mistake / lost my appointment.I showed up here looking to open a new account. The bank staff let me know you had to make an appointment, offered to do that for me, and set one up for me the next day.I showed up the next day at my appointment time and the banker rudely told me I had no appointment or was at the wrong branch. When I responded that her own staff had set up the appointment for me the day prior and that I could wait if needed, the banker just said, "We can't help you," and told me to go to another branch. (I'd come on foot.) She ended the conversation by saying "I have to help another customer who actually has an appointment," and walked away.Honestly, it was such a negative experience, I'm planning to close my account with Wells Fargo.
