Today I had an urgent issue with my account at Wells Fargo Marina North. The manager was out to Lunch so one of the tellers, Sean F. offered to help. It became a long process because I had to speak to customer service at a different phone number and then they asked to speak to him as well. It took a long time to resolve but Sean was so nice and helpful, I really appreciated him. I wish all people providing service would be as considerate and helpful. Thank you Sean. Marsha R.

Hello, Ive been account holder with Wells Fargo since 2017. Recently my line of work (Hair Colorist) has brought me to the west-side of Los Angeles. With the new position came checks from my employer whom is an account holder at Bank of America. Being in a transitory time in my professional life I've recently had different unexpected expenses that put my account in the negative. Being as unfortunate as it may, I needed to cash my check to fulfill my financial obligations that were to come being the 31st of the month. I walked into this Wells Fargo location & a Miss Angie K. Ochoa wouldn't allow me to cash my check. I asked for an explanation that seemed to contradict the information she was giving. For instance, I asked "Oh, is it because my account is in the negative that you are unable to cash my check?" She responded at one point with assurance that it wasn't the case. Then to avoid me holding up a line she guided me to another teller station where she stood on what seemed to be a stool behind the station & started to talk in what felt like a condescending tone to me. She then explained how the check being of a different bank institution their wasn't a way she could verify if the funds were available? I then asked, I don't mind waiting if you needed to make a phone call to Bank of America to verify it? She said that wouldn't be option. Then she explained that since the balance amount in my checking wasn't enough to cover the check amount if it somehow were to bounce. I found this confusing because she had just told me prior at the other teller location that it had nothing to do with my account balance? I then mentioned that this was the second check I had cashed from this employer & didn't have any problem getting it cashed at a different location. She seemed to challenge the information I was telling her by asking "What Location?" I proceeded to divulge the information that "I went to the location in Long Beach on Ocean Blvd, & that I commute from there to the westside currently hence the far distance." I expressed to her that the policy is confusing to me, & "How could one branch allow the check to be cashed & another not?" It is my belief that Miss Angie K. Ochoa made a judgement call that wasn't fair to my needs at the time. I'm sure, at different times in many of our lives especially in times of starting a new job or relocating in life it can anticipate for unexpected expenses that may leave our accounts in the negative temporarily. If she looked at the history of my account she could have seen that another Wells Fargo institution gave me the benefit of the doubt (with a negative balance) to cash this check from the same employer. I was very disappointed in Miss Angie K. Ochoa's decision while I drove down the street to Bank of America where I paid the $8 processing fee that accompanied cashing a check being a non-account holder. I know I'm new in the area, but it wasn't a good beginning at this Wells Fargo location in which I intend to visit often in the future as my professional life continues to grow & expand with proclivity in the future. Thank you for listening.

Terrible branch. Unhelpful staff. Very slow bankers. Avoid this location. There are many other branches near by.

I have to say I agree with pretty much all the people that gave this branch (and tbh the entire corporation) that gave them one star reviews. If I could I would leave zero. They have absolutely no consideration for their customers. Bad enough they shortened their hours on Saturday to noon let alone suddenly decide to not open at all on Saturday. It would be nice to know ahead of time. MAYBE UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YELP TO START????!!!! I had to race to another location as it was already 11:45. That location also was closed, and not even a note posting their new hours. (Marina shopping center near AMC) So by that time it was 11:50. I had to get to palms and sepulveda location within 10 mins. Thankfully I did not cause an accident on the way or you'd also be looking at lawsuits. I am definately switching my bank services to a different company. This was the final straw. Wells Fargo can eat d*cks

This branch is still awkward to access, but being a walk across Washington from Costco at Glencoe is a plus. Walk-up ATM only.

This branch is using Covid as an excuse to limit teller and banker services. They often have no bankers available for routine services like sending wires, and will only have one teller even during busy times.

Ainge and Veronica helped me resolve a challenging issue. Just great customer service, by those two. The bank is well run and parking is pretty easy.

For being a customer for over 33 years this is the worst branch a bank of Wells Fargo I have ever visitedI know it's covid-19 but that's not the best excuse only having one teller Behind the Counter whom(Alexa) very rude unpleasant and do not know how to deal with customers this is second time I dealt with her unfortunately because she's the one at the counter around 12:30 to 1:30 which most of your customers come at that time to deal with Bank in processIs your lack of management process and know how to put more people behind the counter so six or seven people standing in the street waiting to come in to deal with transactions???Of course your security guy is not the greatest(:Well I guess I'm not coming to this Branch anymore even though been a customer for more than three decades

The worst customer service experience ever. The "manager" auto is a total joke and unhelpful. Stay away from this branch. We are in the process of moving million dollar accounts, due to their lack of being unable to do a small reasonable request.
