She always provides me the professional information regarding to Rolex. Highly appreciated that they have decent inventory for me to see and try watches on my wrist. Because I travel a lot, i can’t visit the store very often. I appreciated that Song always gave me prompt responses.

“We originally purchased my engagement and wedding rings from Bracken Jewelers 18 years ago. They were stunning pieces that have withstood the test of time. Classic and beautiful.
Due to a finger injury, the rings were recently cut off and badly damaged. My first thought was to track down Bracken and see if they could repair the rings. After consulting with Todd Bracken in their private studio, he took the rings and restored them. They look better when we originally purchased them. I am in love with my rings even more today.
