I'm waiting in line at this post office. There are 25 people in line and it's 80 degrees.
These ladies, the postal clerks, keep yelling and scolding senior citizens and disabled customers.
One woman said she could hear the clerk. The clerk said to come closer to her. She said she was worried about cocid. The clerk said that wasn't her problem.
Please replace these employees.

I’m not sure why this one has so many bad reviews. I find the people that work there at least in the afternoons are very helpful and kind!

Like every other review, this post office sucks badly. I was yelled at to drop of mail. If you aren't happy with your job go and quit. Every single worker is rude and totally ghetto

Worst customer service location for USPS. It’s all rude attitude. Do not go to this location and also USPS need to hire people that enjoy speaking to customers.

Avoid this location at all costs. I have used their services many times because it is the closest to me but every single time it’s a nightmare. Very rude and condescending treatment to either myself or other customers every single time I go there. I’m done with this location. Management needs some serious reshuffling. They are incapable of doing the simplest of tasks with a minimum of manners.

I've met war criminals with more charm and decorum than the 'lady' who seems to run the USPS office.
She seems to have a hatred of all customers who enter the building and revels in trying to be as petty and spiteful as possible.
Avoid this office if possible - the one in Playa del Rey is a far more pleasant experience

I would not recommend mailing any packages from this location. Before moving out of MDR, I sent quite a few packages out from here and the Venice post office. At least FOUR items went missing from the MDR location over the course of only a month and were lost in the mail despite being scanned in at MDR. This after an angry employee told me you’re only allowed to mail a maximum of ten items at a time from MDR (?!). I really believe my items were targeted because I was mailing too much according to them (isn’t that the purpose of the postal service and how they make money?!). But, I’ve never had a problem at Venice. Beware.

Horrible customer service!! If you planning a visit to that office expect to spend hour minimum there in line.

The clerk informed me regarding USPS logistics and possible transit issues pertaining to possible outcomes on my package that I dropped off inside their mailbon. Was knowledgeable, fast, and directed me on action steps.

So I guess I’m not the only one who thinks this place has the worst possible employees. Great place to go if you’re trying to ruin the day. Disappointed this location hasn’t take further action to remove those rotten apples.
