US Bank new no customer service hours pay day friday close at 5pmHow stupid is that?US Bank charges a 36$ Bounced check overdraft fee than closes the branch when needed most from retail customers

I just left the branch. No banker available to open a savings account. Standing air conditioning units spread about are so loud I can't even hear the teller behind the window. I'm leaning forward to get my ear at the tiny opening in the plexiglass asking her to speak louder and she's not actually talking any louder. Why even be open?! So I'm heading to Culver City US Bank to take care of my banking needs and I'm wondering why I'm even trying to give US Bank my money. There is no service! But I'm tied to a US Bank mortgage loan so it's just the most "convenient".... Not convenient.

US Bank in its infinite wisdom has shut down the branch during business hours this is not a good sign.I wouldn't keep a lot of deposits in a bank that doesn't stay open during business hours.

US Bank never fails to disappoint. I made an appointment, but when I showed up they had no one available to help me and we just ended up waiting in line and then shouting through the teller window anyway.We went in to add a new signer to my corporate account (I am CFO with full signing authority), letter of approval from the board in hand. They were unable to "override the back office" and needed to "send it to legal" in order to get this done. Their reasoning-- the company was registered with the government with "inc" at the end of its name but the bank account wasn't. Also, they've been our bank for over 40 years and this has never been a problem when changing signers. I know how to change signers on this account.Now we need to come back another day and they wasted an hour of my and another board member's time.I don't know what's going on with US Bank in the last two years, but they've really gone downhill. We are looking at other options

Tiffany Jones is the best at this branch by far in my opinion.I have a fairly wealthy 93 yr old/young friend from church that has macular degeneration & has to use hearing aids because he served twice in the armed services. He served in the Navy in WW2 and Army in The Korean conflict.He was upset with the service after Covid hit and the local Ralphs US bank closed. He told me of the rudeness of some of the tellers so I went and watched in the backgroynd and observed it 1st hand. I won't name them here and now....But I would like to mention Jewel, a bright light & a one of those wonderful kind to the elders people.Miss Tiffany Jones has gone far and above with her brilliantly and pleasant attitude and thoroughness!Thank you Tiffany Jones may Creator's blessing's safety's and favor in this life and throughout eternity!

This is THE worst customer service I have ever seen and I have banked with many institutions, even during covid. There is no excuse to be condescending and patronizing when you don't answer phones! They are an institution that holds people's belongings and funds yet NEVER answer the phone! Mary Kim is the most untrained banker, rude, and unprofessional and needs to go back to school to learn some manners. They should be ashamed to have such employees and keeping them around to deflect obvious attitude and pride issues only speaks for bad management. The branch manager Vanessa was due to call me 3 times and never did. I have been with U.S. Bank for over 19 years and this was the branch I opened at when their employees were gracious and helpful and more so professional. During covid, people need to attend to financial matters sometimes urgently and to belittle or patronize your customers shows you're in the wrong business. The call center has tried so many times and for hours to reach this branch on my behalf and they get petty, dismissive text messages back, in true form. People need to speak up, they need humane management and professional workers. You're dealing with people's money, not lego pieces. This should not be acceptable. Being a complicit bank manager allows for such behaviors. Disgraceful during a time like this.

I really miss the team at the Ralph's on Lincoln. This is the next closes to home. I usually use the ATM. The few times I've had to go in I've always had a hard time. I can never get done what I need to do. Even something so simple as exchanging money. Terrible customer service. O feel like changing banks.

My boyfriend, Gerald, is a long time customer. He encountered a problem with an account he has involving a different bank. The other bank was giving him the run around. Frustrated he went to his branch at U.S. Bank and spoke with Bhavica Abhichandani. She was patient and took her time to help him find a solution. She was able to resolve a big portion of the problem which was a big help. Bhavica went out of her way and made our day!

Never have to wait too long here. Thank you for making it easy. Please recognize Manager Vanessa Ramos for her attention, kindness, and efficiency in management. It is very much appreciated! Many of the bankers I come across are extremely helpful - including Neti Kim & Tiffany Jones. Please acknowledge them. They make sure that you are taken care of. It is people like them that make you want to go to the place!

Hello this is the absolute worst bank. The service is horrific. There are so many banks in Marina del Rey. Avoid this one completely. I could not believe the incompetence of these people.
