I never thought I'd actually enjoy going to a UPS location repeatedly, but the team here is awesome! Joseph is so warm and friendly to every customer, I legit feel like I'm back at my local coffee shop. Plus he went out of his way to help me when I goofed and didn't realize my Amazon returns were supposed to be customer-packed. Every other person who has assisted me has been friendly—even when one associate was treated quite poorly by the prior customer, she still greeted me kindly when she could've easily passed on the wrath!

Associates always super friendly, courteous, and quick to help. Never have to wait too long. Even though this location is a bit further from another (Lincoln), I will always prefer/opt for this one because the staff here offers best customer service

I went to this store in Marina Del Rey to return a huge package due to the damage it had. It was the end of the day. The box of my item was broken. “Natalie” went above and beyond to help me bring the heavy box from the car to the store. She repaired the box and taped it skilfully, printed my return label and made it ready for shipping. She was very nice, very patient and super helpful. I couldn’t be happier with Natalie’s services at this UPS location and more appreciative with her kindness!

I have been to many locations but we love our UPS store in the Marina del rey. We always have great customer service and quick service from Susana. She never hesitates to help us and answer our questions. We will continue to go to this convenient location in a nice shopping center.

This UPS store has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. A few months ago, my Rent the Runway delivery mysteriously vanished without any explanation. Recently, my husband had to overnight my passport on a Saturday, and we were assured it would be delivered on Sunday, which turned out to be incorrect information.The tracking status initially indicated a Monday delivery by 12 pm. Concerned about the delay, my husband went to the store to confirm, only to be given false reassurances that it would arrive that same night. Frustrated, I called on Tuesday, and to my dismay, I learned that my package hadn't even left Marina del Rey. I promptly updated the address, and the representative assured me it would be forwarded to the new address in Bermuda. However, to my astonishment, the package was delivered to New York on Wednesday, completely disregarding the updated information.The level of incompetence displayed by this UPS location is simply unacceptable. Countless points of failure have occurred, resulting in wasted hours spent on the phone. In the end, I had no choice but to pay an exorbitant $130 to FedEx the package instead.If you value prompt and reliable package delivery, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this UPS location. Save yourself the frustration and headache. Look for an alternative service or facility that can actually deliver on time.

I spoke on the phone with an associate and they were so rude. I had questions about scheduling an appointment for a live scan and they spoke to me in a condescending way and immediately hung up after they finished answering my question.

They are always so helpful. I use for everything. Everyone there has great customer service. I use the notary and Kelly is always amazingly helpful. Nubia I'm has always also been very friendly and helpful.

I was standing in line for a notarization and watched the Notary leave but hoped another notary would cover. Nope, after 10 mins in line, I had to wait until she returned from lunch. Why not ask if anyone needs a notarization before leaving? I came back 30 minutes later and the notary was helping two other customers. She said it would be 15 minutes and I could go to the store nearby. But I knew the notary at the other UPS store was at lunch. Again, no concern about wasting my time. A customer behind me also wanted a notarization. One of the employees explained that the notary was leaving for lunch after notarizing for me, could she come back in an hour? I said, "But she just went..""I'm not talking to you." "But, she.." "I'm talking to her, not you." She shut me down like a 5 year old. I can not believe these rogue UPS women lying to customers with absolutely no concern about customer service or wasting our time. ?
