I'm so glad I found Sherrell. I have a family member who is very afraid of needles and avoids bloodwork because of it so we wanted to have it done at home to minimize the stress. She made the experience so comfortable and put us right at ease. We will use her again and again. Thanks, Sherrell!

BEST EASIEST MOST COMFORTABLE experience with a blood draw that I have ever had. She was incredibly accommodating and communicative. I have had serious trouble with blood draws in the past because my veins are so tiny & it always causes issues. However, Sherell got it instantly without any pain and finished the draw quickly. She also got my blood and lab order to the lab the same day, so I got results next day. I could not believe how good my experience was. This woman has a true talent. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sherrel was AMAZING. My autistic six year old needed pre op labs and after a bad experience with St johns, I opted for a mobile Phlebotomist! This one is the BEST ! So patient with my daughter so understanding so professional and most importantly, as my daughter put it "it didn't even hurt"! I'm beyond grateful for fitting us in last minute and just what a gifted Phlebotomist Sherrel is! Cannot recommend enough!

First time user of a mobile phlebotomy service and I will never go to a lab again and never use anyone except Tender Touch. My doc ordered blood work and I originally went to the lab -- long story short, after waiting and waiting and waiting in a gross lobby with people coughing, there was a problem with the order and I was turned away. I didn't have time to do all that again during a busy week! Enter Sherelle -- I scheduled on Friday for Monday morning, scheduling was seamless and was confirmed over the weekend, she showed up five minutes early to our house, got it done, was super nice and even offered me a little inspiration for my own business and I'm just in awe of how easy and pleasant a blood draw can be. HIGHLY recommend!

I have a pretty bad phobia of lab draws from an early trauma and was a total mess when Sherell arrived. She was amazing -- the perfect combination of skilled, compassionate, and calm. The draw was painless and went smoother and faster than any other I've ever had. I'm incredibly thankful that I found Tender Touch and will never use anyone else. Thank you!!!!!

They were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I am an assistant who was helping schedule bloodwork for my busy boss. I had to reschedule his appointment multiple times, and Tender Touch was extremely accommodating and worked his appointment into their schedule. Awesome customer service. The phlebotomist who came for the appointment was lovely, very punctual, and did the job quickly and effectively. They got all the labs to his doctors in a timely manner. They were fantastic all around.

Sherrell is amazing. So calm and keeps you distracted so you don't worry about what's happening. The whole appointment took about 10 minutes start to finish. She knows what she's doing for sure.

Sherrell is LOVELY! It was super easy to make an appointment, the price was reasonable for the convenience of someone driving and coming to me. I also very much appreciated the fact that Sherrell was SO BEYOND ACCOMMODATING. I can't thank her enough for how kind, empathetic and generous she was with all my schedule changes. I will most def be recommending her to anyone who is looking for this service. :)

We have been so happy with the services of tender touch mobile! They are prompt, courteous, caring, and almost pain-free! It is such a wonderful service to have them come directly to the home for our blood-draw needs. We have used them several times and will continue to with pleasure. Highly recommend!

Sherrel is a miracle worker! I have terrible anxiety and poor veins. I can't tell you how many times I'm black and blue or told to come back another day. I get queasy and have a tendency to pass out. Sherrel is an absolute God send. I'm still in disbelief how easy it went. She found a vein immediately and it was soooo quick. Feeling very grateful.

I just got off the phone with Sherrell, the incredibly rude, dismissive, and uncommunicative owner of this appalling business. I had not been able to reach her (via phone or email) for two days, despite leaving multiple messages, ever since requesting an appointment time slot online and expecting to be given a price before services were rendered. The nurse (thankfully a very lovely woman) showed up at my house before Sherrell ever called me back with pricing, so I went ahead with the blood draw, hoping for the best in terms of $$. When I finally did track down Sherrell (after my fifth time calling and 3 emails later), she wouldn't let me finish my sentences, kept interrupting me, and ultimately raised her voice and yelled at me saying she had already spoken with me, that "I must have forgotten", that this mix-up was my fault and not hers, etc. Finally at the end of her rant she realized her error - that she was indeed mixing me up with someone else!!! - and apologized. By then, however, I was very upset for being verbally berated and attacked by someone for just calling to get a price (two days after I had been requesting it). I don't understand what has happened to manners in this world, and why business owners feel entitled to literally shout at customers asking a question. Dealing with Sherrell was just one more example of how humans now find it within their right to treat others in appalling, subhuman ways.

My son (type 1 diabetic) teenager and I are in the high risk group and needed to get our blood drawn. With this covid I didn't want to take the risk and go to a lab or dr office. My other son (12) who does not like taking his blood and with smaller veins needed some lab work too. I'm so glad to have found this mobile service. I gave Shirel a call (very prompt in getting back) She sent Alin who was great and did all 3 of us. It was fast, painless for all of us, and super convenient. I will use this service in the future as well as refer others to them.

Sherell was wonderful when I sent her a text she called me back & I booked my blood draw with her for the next day. Dawn arrived on time, with a mask (I felt very covid safe) It only took Dawn one time to hit a vein, a 1st for my small veins. I will definitely call again! Wendy
