Came here twice to have the glass on my Rolex replaced. The first time i caught that the glass was chipped upon delivery and it was swapped out. However, months later i had to come back to have it dont again after i dropped it.. he must have saved the chipped glass and tried to put the exact same chipped glass in - identical. Also over prices

I'm a third-generation customer and Sean has always provided excellent service for all of our family's time pieces. Thanks to him, they stay in excellent condition, are serviced regularly, and will continue to stay in the family for many more generations to come. Thanks Sean!

Staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. I was literally shocked! Walked into Swiss Jewelers as I'm in the market for a wedding band. I was reviewing their inventory and the man behind the counter asked if I wanted to see anything. I said, "For sure. But I need to figure out my ring size first." He wanted to charge me $30 to figure out my ring size! I thought he was joking, he wasn't, and then I told him I wouldn't pay that, on principle. He said, "We don't support customers that want to try on our products and then just go buy it online", whatever that means. Now granted, their men's ring selection was super small and outdated, so I'm not confident I would've found anything I liked, but I was genuinely interested in trying. I asked, "Well are there any jewelers around that can help me figure out my ring size without charging me?" He said sarcastically, "Maybe in Santa Barbara."
I know we live in a world where politeness and customer service are lacking, but this place brings it to a whole new level. I felt so dismissed and disrespected by this employee who had no other customers to attend to. Sarcastic and rude. Please give your business to people who actually care...

Fabulous, I was looking for a great jewelry store and Swiss Jewelers was highly recommended. Sean is a kind, knowledgeable and precise jeweler. Has been in the business 50 years and it shows. Everything is done with utmost care.

Swiss Jewelers provides great watch service at reasonable prices. They have been in this location as long as the shopping center has been there. This family-owned business has high-quality jewelry and watches. They really know their business.

Unbelievably rude. Without even looking at my Cartier watch, the old man told me it was a fake and wouldn't even look at my other jewelry repairs I had with me. It's mind blowing that this type of behavior still exists. This store should be closed and save everyone the pain of this terrible man.

Called to ask about ring sizing. Barked at me, wouldn't give any type of price. Said drop the ring off and leave it and we'll call you with an estimate. Sounds like a Scamwich

Called to see if they would measure my ring size for an upcoming purchase. The person on the end of the phone mocked me for asking for "Free information" and then said $500 and hung up. It appears they have too much to do to make a small gesture to acquire new clientele.
