The owners are exceptional. The customer service was outstanding. I come from a customer service background and was blown away by their friendly yet professional approach. Very organized and extremely clean facility.

Although I am new to this place, as I came in under great stress (hurry) and with scheduling problems, I can only say that the wonderful people here went out of their way to help me. The prices are right, and although there is not a lot of light in the corner where my unit is, that which I am storing will not miss it. The carts and elevator worked well, and so was able to load in much faster then I had hoped, and better then then the place I had rented before, for less money. Thanks to the management.

Very happy I went with this place to store my stuff. Maria is on it from point A to Z, and was super responsive to whatever questions I had while I was away.Access hours are a bit more limited than other places, but they're still fairly good. Although the open hours might've crunched my schedule at times, it made me much more comfortable knowing there was a tight watch on who was entering and leaving. Note- if you're storing particularly wide or weird shaped things plan to maneuver around regular sized door frames. Pricing wise, considering the location, space, cleanliness and peace of mind regarding the safety of my things choosing this place was a no brainer.

An Amazing experience!!The people are wonderful and very accommodating! They have a free moving truck you can use for one day and plenty of carts. There’s plenty of space to park near your unit! The prices are very reasonable and don’t increase all the time like the other ones. They have super small units and big ones too. The location is perfect, right near Washington & Lincoln. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

Go elsewhere! Planned a move out via email but was told that I had to pay for a full month (which I did). Go back to clean the unit to avoid a 'cleaning fee' only to discover a lock on the unit. Again, reached out via email to ask for the lock to be removed so it could be cleaned. Only to be rudely informed that the space had been rented and they don't do refunds. Threats of "calling the police" were floated tin a attempt to avoid the clear theft of $364 they stole. Double renting a space is never the answer. Now have to deal with this matter in the courts. Avoid this place
