Sarah is incredible. After my grandmother passed, I was looking for a jeweler to repurpose her outdated sapphire ring into a necklace. Sarah just “got it” from the start, she has great taste and you feel in good hands from the moment you speak with her. The entire process was virtual which made life so easy. Sarah took the time to understand my goals and explain the options. When I received the finished piece (quickly!), I actually cried. It was my dream brought to reality. Thank you Sarah, you’re a master at your craft and have an amazing design eye. Your work is modern, classy, beautiful, and timeless. Can’t wait to work with you again!

Sarah is amazing! My fiancee and I had the best experience designing our rings with her - her in-home services made the process feel so special and intimate, and she was so attentive and accommodating. She listened to what we wanted and guided us to the perfect diamonds, and even helped me pull off the perfect proposal by playing along with my ploy to convince my girlfriend the ring wasnt ready yet. Highly HIGHLY recommend working with Sarah for any of your jewelry needs, and cannot wait to design our wedding bands with her :)

Cant speak highly enough of Sarah! I inherited some jewelry from my two grandmothers and had a really specific vision and she made everything perfectly!! They came out better than I could’ve imagined (and faster too :) and I think her prices are quite reasonable—I will for sure be back!

I was cleaning out my jewelry collection when I stumbled upon a ring and a necklace from my grandmother that I never wear since the design of these pieces were a little old fashioned and never felt like me. I started searching for jewelers to help me repurpose these pieces when I found Sarah on Yelp. She was extremely helpful during our initial phone consultation and was also very interested in the back story of these pieces. I knew then I could trust her with my pieces!
We did everything virtually - Sarah's communication is top notch, she made sure I understood the process, timeline, pricing etc.
I received my pieces in three weeks and I love them so much! She realized my vision and I am so glad that I'm able to wear these sentimental pieces now, thank you Sarah!

Working with Sarah was such a fun and therapeutic process. She listened to what I wanted and came up with different options. Sarah is a genius. I live in San Francisco Bay Area, and we worked together remotely. She had a fantastic process- we chatted to get to know each other, and she worked to understand my inspiration and preferences, and then started to share examples and lab grown diamonds that best suited my particular hand dimensions to be most flattering. As we evolved through the process, she sent me CAD drawings and she helped me articulate what I was feeling and how we may want to evolve the design. When design was final, she shared updates along the way of how the build was going and kept me up to date.
Let me say- the remote process was so easy, and I cannot overstate how incredible the final product is. It's the engagement ring of my dreams, honestly. The pictures she sent along the way were gorgeous, but once I saw it in person it could not be more perfect. I mean it when I say Sarah is a genius and knows exactly what she is doing. Working with me to understand what I truly am looking for and making a dream concept come true. Absolute above and beyond, best value by far for the time and money spent. My engagement and wedding ring set is absolutely incredible and I can't wait to wear it for the rest of my life.

Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listened and looked at the styles that I like for ring designs and was able to capture all of it when she re-designed my engagement ring. She is so easy to work with and goes above and beyond throughout the entire process. She stays in contact and kept me up to date throughout the process. Sarah helped me repurpose a pair of precious family pendants into lapel pins for my upcoming wedding. I consulted with several other jewelers before finding Sarah online and she was the only one who took the time to ask about the meaning behind my request while assuring me that the project would be completed in my tight timespan. My only regret is that I didn’t find Sarah earlier on in my search for a jeweler! She made me feel like part of the family and I 100% will be back!

My fiance and I recently worked with Sarah to create a custom design for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. When looking for an engagement ring, my fiance knew he wanted something special and to bring me in on the design process. He first found Sarah, and then we all brainstormed a design. She was amazing from the get go! Sarah asked thoughtful questions about my personality, my likes, my daily habits, and more to ensure that she had a solid understanding of a type of engagement ring that woudl be special to us as a couple but also be practical enough to wear every day. The final designs are BEAUTIFUL! Excellent quality jewels, craftsmanship, and truly gorgeous unique designs.I hope to work with Sarah more for custom pieces in the future. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Sarah worked with my partner and me in the most beautiful, calming way and the results were absolutely beyond my expectations. I am so pleased with the final rings and HIGHLY recommend working with Sarah to anyone looking for a custom jeweler.We had strong artistic visions that she took and ran with; when there were issues with the mechanics of bringing our visions to fruition, Sarah made sure to try every avenue possible to honor our creative visions. The rings arrived on time, looked absolutely gorgeous, and fit perfectly.Getting engaged can be nerve wracking, even when you're with the love of your life. If only I could give out more stars, Sarah deserves them ALL. If you’re searching for jewelers and scrolling through all the reviews over and over, you can finally stop because Sarah and SPD is the one. When I first started looking for an engagement ring for my Fiancé, I quickly became overwhelmed with the options in the LA area and nothing was standing out compared to the rest. Reviews fluctuated by day/month and it was tough to trust any of them. On top of that, it was so difficult to try and find the time to travel to these places to vet them out and when I did, the visits were never personable. Alas, I came across SPD and reached out to Sarah and quickly got a response. From the jump, Sarah was very professional, personable and it felt super natural working with her. Admittedly, I was no where near an expert in my diamond knowledge but Sarah took me under her wing and walked me through each step/knowledge point. She was also super accommodating in my case and was able to meet me in person close to home. I gave my vision and Sarah brought it to life and beyond. You shouldn’t be working with anyone else when it comes to your engagement/wedding band/jewelers needs, it’s as simple as that. My fiancé and I cannot wait to work again with Sarah in the next few months for our wedding band needs.

Sarah is the absolute best. Look no further for the one to design your engagement/wedding ring and to pour her heart into it. She was wonderful to work with and makes a true impression on all of her clients. I love my ring because I know it was hand designed by Sarah and my fiancé - and they put every effort in to make sure it was perfect. We are on returning to LA this year to meet with her again and get our wedding bands done - as we wouldn't expect the same level of quality and care from anyone else.
