They keep changing their pharmacist and the the current new ones are really bad. Having people who get to know you is awesome and builds on the service relationships. It creates a level of stress for people who have to use the pharmacy regularly. I'm going to look for an alternative after going to them for almost 11 years

I've always enjoyed a good relationship with Ralph's Pharmacy. There are two Pharmacy Technicians ~ Omar and Al ~ who have been here for years. The Pharmacist may change (mostly they're very helpful), but as long as Omar and Al are there, it runs smoothly. Benefits of a large, networked pharmacy with a Mom and Pop vibe. Thumbs up.

I shop for my 82 year old Mother. I am disabled. I often cry myself to sleep as I am in such pain and refuse to take opiates or any other pharmaceuticals. I don't need the rest of my body breaking down or an addiction. I have shopped at Ralph's for over 40 years now. I have always been pleased with the company until 10 weeks ago. I have repeatedly told management the disabled carts are broken. I have been stranded several times in back of store with a cart full of groceries and no one in sight to help. If I do not bring food to my Mother she will not eat. She is set in her ways and insists on Ralphs. Today the cart stranded me again in the store. I made my way to the front of the store with the two items I could carry. I told the cashier about the cart situation and he responded by saying its probably not charged. I then said its more than that, the carts stop moving in the middle of the aisle fully charged. He responded again, by saying he knew that. After checking out I walked toward the exit near the row of handicap parking spots. As I approached the door the guard had his keys out getting ready to lock the door and I said can I please get out this door. He said no go around to other door. I responded that I couldn't, I'm disabled. He again said no go to other door. I said I cant, but I can if you get me a disability cart. Of course he couldn't get me a cart because the only operational cart had a dead battery. I stood there with groceries in hand, frustrated and said open the bleeping door. Not my best moment. Some employee said they are calling the police. I responded please do knowing the officers would help me to my car. Of course no one called. I said I would stand there in that spot and wait for the police. The manager then said that if I calmed down she would open the door. I then said please do. It was 6:00pm. I walked to my car obviously limping severely while Being followed by that same guard. He then said something that I can't shake. He said you don't look handicapped. I responded can you repeat that. He said you heard me you don't look handicapped. Then he said your banned from the store. Assuming is not a good tactic in such a situation, yet I cant help but wonder If the guard hadn't already come to a conclusion about my abilities and that's why he chose not to open the door for me and then followed me out to say you don't look handicapped. A sad state of affairs to say the least. More will be revealed! I choose not to name the guard or manager. They know who they are. I write this in hopes that such a travesty does not occur again, especially to another who can not speak or stand up for themselves.

This review is on Martha on the deli part of the market, I explain to this old woman that it was my first time buying a sandwich at the deli and i was not familiar whit ordering from them. Well! at no point she offer any suggestions or explain or showed me what she had to offer , she seem bothered that I did not know, I order a turkey sandwich, she has me what kind of turkey, I reply i don't know what types you have, she responded they are there! and pointed... once ready to put it together she asked what do you want in it, I reply i don't know what you have, she roll her eyes, so I said put everything just to get the hell out and not bothered with her..the over all experience was bad her attitude didn't help the the sandwich was not very good very blend, luckily i also purchased a small plate with California rolls and sushi, it save the day..! Security is rude. He asked me for a vaccination card then he said that he's f*cking with me! Why do they hire this kind of unprofessional people?

Needed a script asap. First time I used this place. Al in the pharmacy answered the phone immediately and went out of his way to quickly authenticate and help me through a series of issues with transferring my scrips. What a guy.

Pros: Less busy than the other Ralphs on Admiralty. Cons: Sketchy people in the parking lot and around the store. Homeless people wandering the isles. Poor mask enforcement. Security nowhere in sight.

This is the smaller of the two Ralphs in Marina del Rey, but it is conveniently located where the Marina Freeway (CA90) meets Lincoln Boulevard. The departments like Meat, Bakery and Deli are smaller as well, and the selection is most departments is less than the Ralphs on Admiralty Way. Parking is easier, and the traffic light at Maxella makes it easy to leave going north or south on Lincoln.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I Went in today to buy three things. While waiting forever at the deli counter for sliced Boar's Head turkey, I saw so many people not wearing masks and sipping Starbucks like we are all safe and sound. I also saw many, many others wearing masks over their mouths with their whole nose exposed. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she said, "Oh, we don't really enforce the mask rule!" She told me to mention it to the two beefy security guards at the front of the store (who I guess are supposed to be intimidating). When I mentioned it to the guards, their answer was, " Oh, Kroger doesn't believe that masks are necessary." Really? I personally have had COVID, have antibodies and have both vaccines plus the booster. I still wear a mask and follow the CDC guidelines. Also when I was trying to park, there were countless homeless people sitting in the parking spaces so cars could not utilize the parking. To add fuel to the fire, about three months ago, I slipped on the wet floor in the floral department. No one ever asked me if I was okay and there was never any follow up. Luckily, I was not hurt. I will never, and I mean never, set foot in this Ralph's again.

I popped in this AM August 2, 2021 in need of some items. I absolutely needed to use the ladies room and did not want to bring the items so I asked the Security guard as I entered the store. He gave me a look of disgust and proceeded to put his hand in my face as a nonverbal que to leave him alone. This was hurtful, unprofessional, counterproductive to my grocery store visit, and overall rude to my humanity. Fortunately a very professional and patient manager helped turn it all around. Thank you for helping me today.
