3/29 appointment at 1:45, left after 4 pmI am posting to inform public, not to have procedure done at this image center. I will be demanding the owner provide me detailed of what happened today while I was lying down and CT machine was working and screaming for help . Technician told me that there were errors and she had to call someone for help to clear errors, she turned off communication line off to where I was that is why she could not hear me screaming.Techunican was busy finding out what was wrong with machine. And she just ignored me, I had to calm myself and not move, she told me not to moveThis center has to be closed so someone would do major quality test on machines and hired staff.

Everything I come in for an appointment 30 minutes early I had to wait over an hour both times. This is the worst experience I've ever had for an appointment. If you can avoid this location

Incompetent scheduling.I waited a month for an appointment that was scheduled through a radnet staff member, only to discover on the day of my appointment that they could not see me because a doctor had to be present.How and why there is no communication between Mink Mindanao and the Mink/Radnet Scheduling department is beyond me, but it cost me time and money and now I have to wait an extra month to be seen.Very disappointing

The ultrasound was quick and I was able to get the results on a CD-Rom so I could drop it off at my primary care doctor’s office

Explore other option before choosing this one.They messed up with the appointment, I showed up and they said there was an error, that the appointment was a week later. They also messed up on the payment details.They blame the doctor, the systems they use and anything as an excuse but never their fault, and of course the patient is the only impacted one.After a 3rd attempt to get the appointment, they are unable to provide you ahead of time with the billing cost. I feel bullied by the fact that I want the MRI done soon and if they day of the MRI the price is higher than originally shared (from $90 to $900; to give you an idea of how they estimate) you are on the spot and having to choose between paying the amount and getting it done or cancelling (subject to a late cancel fee) and having to find another place (with the delay of getting the tests) and putting your health at risk.They weave you into this vicious circle in which you end up not being free to choose the best service because they are not transparent with prices (on top of their appointments not being reliable). You need the test urgent but they do not share the price on time to make an informed decision. Explore other option before choosing this one. As patients, we should all have the right to transparent information to make the decisions we want for our health. If we choose not to give business to places like this we will be helping many others.

Waited an hour to be told that I’m one month early for yearly mammogram. Why would they even schedule me then? They should do less talking and more working at the front desk

Poor billing practices as well informing me of wrong insurance coverage prior to imaging and then charging after images have been done.

Rude staff, incompetent, disorganized and made my 37 week pregnant wife cry (while waiting for an ultrasound for a lump...) - pretty shocking

Wow. Do not go to this location unless you want to be treated poorly. Mammograms are already unpleasant - add a clinician/receptionist that is just truly nasty. Avoid this location.

Google says they are open on Saturdays 7am-5pm. They are not. I just spent 30 min circling the building address for an appointment at 320pm and the entire building is locked and there are no cars in the lot. Do not come here, schedule elsewhere

Staff at the front desk was very pleasant and attentive. Facility is also quite welcoming with a quite room if needed. Will definitely recommend this location

I'm enraged with the people who run this place. My doctor ordered me a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound due to concerning symptoms. I was on the phone with these people for a total of 1.5 hours. This is what happened:1. They told me they would have to schedule the tests separately due to insurance purposes because I'm not yet 40 (when mammograms begin to be covered by insurance). They said that even getting the mammogram would be contingent on what the specialist saw in the ultrasound (even though my doctor said it was really important to get both and see both together).I called my insurance and then my doctor who both okayed me having these both (and on the same day).2. I called back to try to get them both on the same day with my insurance and dr. approval. They then said it was protocol to do them a week apart at minimum due to radiology exposure concerns (??). And that insurance was never an issue. I pressed and then they said they would transfer me back to the first person I spoke to.3. The first person said she still wasn't sure I could even get a mammogram due to my age (again, this is a diagnostic mammogram from my doctor). I then asked to talk to a specialist. Apparently there was no specialist in for the rest of the week but they would transfer me.4. I get transferred to a 3rd person that says actually these HAVE to be done on the same day (after hearing for over an hour that due to various reasons, they can't be) and that she's scheduling me for 2.5 months out. At this point I start laughing because I'm so frustrated and tell her that I'm being tested for breast cancer so I can't wait for 2 and a half months. She then tells me to watch my tone. I've raised my voice probably once in the past ten years -- I am truly not that kind of person.I did however spend over an hour getting gaslit and dismissed by these people at a time when I'm already under extreme stress. These people are incompetent, condescending, and rude. I am appalled that they are even allowed to interface with people in any way.

They've rescheduled my appointment 5 times in a row and keep pushing it further. I've waited around a month and a half or more to get an x-ray. What a joke.

I couldn't be happier. I was referred by Cedars, so I thought they were Cedars-related & even tho' I had google mapped, when I got off the Marina Fwy & saw the big Cedars building on Mindanao & that they had parking, I pulled in. (You ever noticed how many buildings in LA do NOT have addresses on them?)Whoops, called to check in - at # posted right in front of every car -- & found out No, I was at the wrong location. Actually in UCLA building about 2 blocks away. Called them to say, I would've been early, but I was in the wrong place, but could be there in a couple of minutes. Not only did they say, No Problem, they also told me I could park in the Shopping center parking lot -- across the street & not $2/15 mins. I did have to spend a few minutes checking in on a tablet that couldn't dot the 'i's in my signature, but Anthony & Oscar in the office could not have been more helpful. The Tech was also a very reassuring & the procedure itself -- in this case, a CT scan - Zippy. I'd like to say under 5 mins, but who hasn't lost sense of time these days. But it was definitely less than 10.
