The staff are so incredibly helpful, and always willing to accommodate special request and my schedule. I have now had three tire repairs at this location, and every single time the staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to get me back on my bike. Since I’m still new to cycling, I rely quite heavily on their recommendations. They’re always wanting to spend a few extra minutes with me teaching me or explaining why they’ve recommended what they recommended, and pros and cons. Today Chris helped me out with my tire and tube repair and was really helpful! He was also very kind and patient with me when I asked lots of questions.
