It was there before but for some reason I didn't buy but their kindness made us return to this dealer so a special thanks to Francisco Lopez and also to the person in charge of financing because he made everything very fast and easy for us

I am extremely disappointed with Toyota service. The Toyota Service Department called me and informed me that I had a free service available. On the phone, I mentioned that I didn’t think I had a free service left, but they insisted that I did. To be sure, I hung up and called back, and once again, they confirmed that I had a free service available. Trusting this information, I scheduled an appointment and went to the service center. I even had emails and messages from them confirming this information, which I showed to the service department. Despite this, when I arrived, they told me that it was a misunderstanding and demanded payment for the service. I can’t understand what kind of scam this is.
This situation completely disrupted my plans, and I feel misled by the incorrect information I received. It is unacceptable for a big brand like Toyota to make such mistakes. There is a serious lack of customer satisfaction and honesty here. After this experience, my trust in Toyota has been seriously shaken. Offering a free service and then saying it was a mistake and charging for it is completely unacceptable.

Shady place that SCAMS clients by not honoring their own coupons + many people who are incompetent at their jobs and have attitude. Avoid at all costs. Here’s what happens to me.
I took my car for an oil & filter change (no tire rotation, no multipoint inspection, no break pad check, just the oil and filter change) for which they quoted me $99.95 before tax. My service advisor was Billy. My appointment was at 7:00 AM (they open at 7:00 AM) on 7/19/2024 and I was the 3rd in line for service. I was asked to wait and had to wait for more than 3 hours for the service to be done. Around after 2 hours of waiting, I saw many people who came before me leaving, so I asked from the cashier to check on my car (sorry, I don’t know the cashier’s name, she was a short lady with red color hair). Their system was down that day and the cashier asked me to talk to the service advisor directly to check on the car. I had already talked to the service advisor once at that time to check on my car’s status for which he (Billy) told me it will take another 20-25 mins for the job to complete. Later, after another 15 mins or so Billy came and told me the oil filter was very tight and the service team had trouble removing it and that’s what it took so long and my car will be ready in another 20 mins. My previous oil change was done at a different Toyota dealership so I don’t know why it would take close to 2:30 hours to remove and oil filter. I finally got my car at 10:06AM and when I was about to pay for the service, I wanted to use a coupon I had printed from their website which could get me a $15 Starbucks gift card. When I showed it to the cashier (girl with red hair), she told me I should have shown it to my service advisor first when I checked in so that he could enter it to the system. Since I didn’t do that and since their system was down, she said they cannot offer the $15 gift card. I told the cashier that it doesn’t say anywhere in the coupon to show it to the service advisor and it’s common practice to provide coupons when we pay, for which she asked me again whether I showed it to the service advisors ?♂️
When I checked in, I was offered a free car wash but since they took more than 3 hours and when I told Billy that I’m in a hurry to leave, Billy asked me whether I need the car wash when the car is ready and I had to turn it down as I had to leave to San Diego immediately after service was done. I will never take my car here and advise others to take their cars somewhere else. Their service is terrible and when check on the work, all they give you is attitude and nothing else. They try to run fake promotions and scam us using their own coupons by not providing what’s shown in those coupons. So I’d advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

They helped me to get a new vehicle that was desperately needed and worked with my budget. They were able to make it happen! Brandon was who mainly helped me and he made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I would be taken care of! I would definitely recommend getting your next vehicle here!

I usually never write reviews, but I feel that I need to share this recent experience.
I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for years because of their reliable service, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed.
After losing my key, I had my vehicle towed to them to have a new one programmed. They claimed an $8k fix was necessary as they could not program any new keys and stated I needed to have the vehicle computer system replaced.
I received a second opinion from a locksmith company that resolved the issue for a fraction of the cost and didn't require any unnecessary "fix", as reported by the dealership.
Nonetheless, I discovered two fresh dents on the right side doors after taking the vehicle. No one bothered to mention them and it should be noted these damages were absent prior to my visit, indicating they occurred while in their care.
The dealership's dishonesty and failure to disclose the damage are deeply troubling. Despite leaving my vehicle with them for two weeks, not once did they mention the incident.
Moving forward, I am pursuing legal recourse to have this matter handled. It's a shame to see such a reputable dealership fall short of its standards.

Update: Had a tire leak. Gene couldn’t assist since my tire was not in stock but he was helpful in finding the leak and filled it up with enough air to get me home.
Not sure about other services or departments but oil change was quick and they washed my car for free.
