Best pharmacy around! I can't recommend the staff enough. Marty and his team go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel valued and show that they care. They consistently exceed my expectations and provide a level of customer service that I have never had at any other pharmacy. I am so grateful for Marty and his team. I would never go anywhere else and highly recommend l!

I have Medical Insurance w/United Healthcare @ UCLA MEDICAL Group located in MDR on Mindanao Way. My Primary Care Dr. Max Goldstein sends all prescriptions to Marty @ MDR Pharmacy for Me to pick up. Marty has always been Professional, Personable & Helpful especially recently when I showed up after a 14 mile bike ride for Cardio! I was sitting on steps in front early about to pass out from Low Blood sugar & He opened early, stepped out & saved Me w/a blood sugar replacement drink! He once tested Me for Covid when I showed up w/out notice & diagnosed Me w/a Nasal infection insteadl! He also checked My blood pressure when I was picking up a new blood pressure prescription, because I was stressed out! He's the Best!

Great experience with the pharmacy. I’ve been having seasonal issues with ears. After visiting the urgent care near the pharmacy I was given a prescription that the pharmacist noticed had some issues. The pharmacist called and verified with the doctor and saved me a tremendous amount of time and stress with my prescription. In addition the pharmacist gave me some great advice on how to manage my seasonal challenges before they get to the point where I need antibiotics. They went the extra mile to help! Thank you!

Violent, obnoxious, vulgar, incompetent owner! I have never experienced an owner yelling at a customer when asking for a refund after he exploited and charged me double. Read his other reviews, this is not the first time someone has complained about him for his outrage. The owner can snap at any moment! BEAWARE!

I've been client at Marina del Rey pharmacy for last 15years. Friendly, Fast, ServiceDoctor Mahryar, Is always available to answer your questions.They call you as soon as your medication is ready. No waiting , Very reasonable pricing. Free parking validation. Thanks God i don't have to go to CVS and wait for hours and hours. I love this pharmacy.

Warning do not go here ! The owner is and could be extremely dangerous ! When asking for a refund after he charged me double, he yelled at me, calling me a bitch , throwing his arm up in the air and screaming at me to leave.

I have had two surgeries recently and chose this pharmacy because it was close to hospital. Couple times when I called on status of my medication this gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude, never called on status of my medicine. You guys should find another business. When a doctor complains about your services is because it’s pretty bad. Treat people as you wish to be treated.

These friendly folks go the extra mile to ensure patients get the care they need. I am so happy with their services, especially delivery.They are knowledgeable and far more responsive and patient than CVS next door. I highly recommend Marina Del Rey Pharmacy!Couldn’t forget to mention, their building is an awesome circle shape.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with someone in the medical industry. I have limited mobility due to an injury, so a family member attempted to retrieve the medication for me. When attempting to get the medication the employee began to scream at my family member and kicked her out of the store. Go to Marina Pharmacy, not this place.

I usually don't write reviews but my experience at this pharmacy was honestly very scary and could've been dangerous. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere for your own safety! This not against any of the other staff at the pharmacy (who were very kind) but the owner, Marty, who was extremely aggressive and lashed out at me, and then later, my mother. I used to work in customer service so I'm always kind to customer facing people and I understand how frustrating it can be, but this was abusive, and he should not be interacting with people if he's going to treat them like this. I had the usual price for my medicine on my phone as it was listed from their pharmacy, but he kept telling me he wouldn't honor it. So, I asked if he would put in my code and he kept saying he already did. I asked if he could try again, very nicely, which resulted in him being very aggressive and yelling at me that he didn't have that medication and he had another one that was more expensive. I was trying to check and make sure I got the right medicine (since he said he had a different one) but, it escalated very quickly and honestly, I got really scared for my safety. So, I said that I would just pay the price they gave me, I just didn't think his response was precedented. He then blew up at me and asked me what was wrong with his response and I said that I was just trying to get my medicine and he was being a little rude and that I was scared. He then started yelling at me so I told him that I was recording on my phone which resulting in him screaming even louder and getting super aggressive, then saying he was calling the police to say that I was threatening him (by recording him). I was in so much shock that it triggered a panic attack, and I started shaking in the pharmacy so I left and walked home. I needed my antibiotics so I told my mom what happened and she ended up calling him. Initially, he blatantly hung up on her, and then after getting him on the phone and asking about my prescription he went off on her, yelled at her, and then hung up. I tried transferring my prescription and Walgreens told me they were having trouble getting it from them. It's really awful that someone in charge of providing vital medicine would withhold that out of spite. I finally got my medicine almost 7 hours later but I couldn't imagine if someone needed it right then and there. I hope he gets the help he needs and no one else has to experience this.

Worst experience ever. Submitted prescription a week ago - was told they didn't have it in stock and would get back to me, Forward A WHOLE WEEK LATER - nothing, Finally I called and spoke with a female pharmacist who said she had a 30 day supply (order was for 90) and did I want that. I said fine - I went in - waited in longest line ever then they said they didn't have it. And they had no idea when they would have it. Completely disorganized, incompetent and uncaring. FYI -I am in distress because this was a prostate med and now I'm in pain along with other complications. If my condition gets worse I will consider legal action. I am a long time CVS customer and have never had this problem at the Sherman Oaks store.
