I think coming to this shop for almost a year. Now I started off in studio city and then moved to venice so I started to go to show me a del rey location. Every time the people are the girls have been very helpful..

Love this store! Hadn't been in here in years...but decided to go in when looking for a gift. Not only did I find a gift, but I found a bunch of things for myself, as well. Great selection of items, with friendly and helpful staff. I'll be going into this store a lot more often!

Terrible experience at the Marina del Rey location on 3/10/23. Walked in and 3 employees were giggling at the register in the back of the store. No other customers were in the store but me. One of the employees took me to a dressing room and said let me know if you need anything. I did need assistance but never saw her again. Once I was finished trying on about 12 items I came out and asked the 3 employees, who were still giggling at the desk, if they were ever going to check on me. One of them was on her phone and the others just stared at me. Very disappointing experience, obviously poor training or lack of interest in their job. I ordered a sweater to be sent from another store and they had me fill out a form where I had to write down my credit card info. This made me uncomfortable, it's a terrible antiquated system. Come on M Frederic, get it together!

Love this store and this location (Waterside MDR), Friendly staff, always pleasant and helpful. Great variety of casual, dressy or lounging items and accessories are all amazing!

I have been shopping at MFredrick for years and like this store. The staff is friendly and always accommodating. As I was shopping for my granddaughter today at MFredrick in Marina Del Rey, I was extremely disappointed coming across a shirt, as well as a hat with the work Fu_k plastered with larger than life bold letters on the items. Mind you, this was merchandise for sale. Is this what we have to look at especially when children and young teens enter the store? Sure everyone know the gutter talk but to actually condone this vulgar language is beyond me. I won't shop here ever again. The fact that the buyer would actually sell hats and shirts promoting disgusting language goes to show there taste is in the gutter. Sad and offensive to say the least.

I recently visited the Marina store confident I could find an outfit for an upcoming event. After having spent 10 minutes in the store looking through the racks, no greeting, no assistance, I noticed two clerks working whom appeared to be more engaged in discussion with each other, and one intermittently assisting another customer. If you've ever shopped at the store they have great pieces, pricey, but certainly worthy of assistance. After approaching the counter, and standing there for a minute or two still not acknowledged, I finally asked for a business card and questioned who the store manager was to be told that this particular store does not have a store manager at the moment. Still being unacknowledged, or even asked why I was concerned and wanted to speak with one, I further questioned who was in charge and requested a name. It is unfortunate that in today's time customer service has completely gone by the wayside or maybe profiling still exists. Typically when I go into this store, not only do I find great pieces, the service is actually good. In this instance on this day in particular, the service was horrible or should I say there was a lack there of. Therefore I left irritated that I did not accomplish what I set out to accomplish Very disappointed.

The most snooty rude customer service! I'll take my money elsewhere. Came in on 6/2/21 12:15.... walked here as I live close by and the staff at the counter were just gossiping instead of greeting potential customers very sad business form . Take your money elsewhere

My shopping experience with this particular location was good and that encouraged me to ask about their sales position that they had posted. The managers body language was awkward. You would of thought that I was speaking in a language that was foreign to the ear. I'm a semi retired woman who has a great eye for fashion and beauty and I enjoy the retail experience and I have many years as a stylist and made sales that kept my clients coming back. I applied for the position regardless of how uncomfortable I might have made that person feel because it didn't matter to me about her opinion. My application came back and I was not hired. Let me add that I'm a very fun loving woman and I look amazing for my age. Ageism is alive and I believe that I was not hired because of my age and I say that for reasons that the position is once again open. Young women wake up and raise up your sisters of all ages, creed and religion. We have enough to deal with don't you think? Thank you Leo Nell

Everyone please shop here, the clothes are super cute and beautiful! You never have to worry about seeing "yourself" when you go on outings as most items are so different and unique. The staff is so personable, helpful and engaging, if in MDR go pick up a pizza @ CPK

Great customer service! The management as well as the associates are great. They always show me what's new and trending right now. I can also get an honest opinion on how something looks. I always leave with something cute and I can count on getting compliments when I wear it

Customer service skills are lacking tremendously! The ladies that work here were too busy playing with each others hair. They greeted me with a dry hello and not one came from the back of the register to see if I needed help with anything. I wanted to make a purchase,but decided to take my business and money elsewhere! I will not be back to this location in Marina Del Rey! Hopefully their other locations aren't this RUDE..If I could give zero stars I would do so!

This store has the worst customer service! My mom, 2 year old daughter and I were shopping today. The salesperson approached me and angrily told me my stroller was dripping but I couldn't see from where. She goes over to the garbage and says, with such distain, "then what's this?". It was the straw from my moms finished drink my baby accidentally dropped onto the floor. I apologized! She got onto her hands and knees and gave me the most evil silent stare while she wiped up the barely there droplets on the floor. We felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we just left the store. Accidents happen. We apologized but to make us feel so horrible in a store is completely uncalled for.
