Every time I go to this store I always have an amazing experience but today an elderly woman named Toni helped me and she was just so rude. She kept making faces when talking to me never once did she smile. When I go in this store the least I expect is to feel judged or uncomfortable which is exactly what her facial expressions made me feel. She also never even offered any samples. Every time I go always get offered samples this is the time first I don't. I had to ask her for them and she had an attitude reaching for them. She only gave me a shampoo sample and i asked if she had any lotion samples she claimed there was none. I usually always spend a good amount and always get offered sample gifts as well, she claimed there wasn't any today, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. I just hope other customers don't experience this uncomfortable experience i had with her.

I love everything about this little shop. I get all my work, birthday and just because gifts here! The wonderful staff are so helpful and very kind. The products are AMAZING! I'm obsessed with the lavender line and the shea butter milk lotion!!

This is my "go to" location on the Westside because of its ease of access. Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Store is always stocked with your favorites. Parking lot can be a challenge at peak periods. Highly recommend!

I walked in looking for one item and walked out with like 5... I have to assume the clerk was a good saleswoman! Honestly though they make great products that usually smell like heaven. No complaints.

I tried to order online, phone call, and in-store with my EGift (Anniversary gift from my husband). It wasn't process due their EGift cards system and also didn't work when they finished with system-update. Customer service emailed me and asked me for my numbers and never received the call or response....From this person.....Sheena. It's a BAD customer service on an online, in-stores, and on phone with customer services! I tried again online and still unsuccessful since November. Therefore, I decide to go into the store to buy the lotion at Marina Del ray location. The manager tried for couple times and also talked customer service as well. It's still unsuccessful. She's surprised. This is an unacceptable and illegal to run a business like this. This e-gift card is from my husband for Anniversary gift and still CASH. If I can't use it, why bother to buy any products from your company. I already used part of it in September and still left $121.34. I already missed many promotions and selected items to buy and still you refused to let me buy with my e-gift card. I want my CASH back in U.S. Dollars. This is a horrible business or customer service!

This location deserves a five star rating all the way. I've been researching a new signature fragrance and have decided on L'Occitane and the associates have been very gracious. I gradually decided what not to get... finally settling to try the hand cream of what could end up being a long-term favorite. I've applied at least four times as of end of day 1... love it!

I like this beauty place. They have good quality stuff, they give you samples, and the service is pretty good. The parking is terrible, try to park somewhere else, otherwise it would take you forever to get out.

On the fence about my recent first and likely last store experience. I got on the mailing list after ordering some gift items couple Christmases ago. Received an email offer for my birthday month and thought why not check it out. The 2 girls behind the counter were friendly, albeit lacking much professionalism. The "hand massage" was meh. The discount offer for birthday month was riddled with rules and exclusions. Ugh. As for the birthday gift with any purchase, i couldn't find anything useful now worthwhile... pass.

I am going to call management at L’OCCITANE on this store because of the consistent racism with all of the employees. I had the not so good privelege of meeting Dana who when I entered the store did not say hello or acknowledged I came in while she was helping an older white lady (customer). When I asked her a simple question she got very rude and abrasive. After I noted I was going to write a review, she apologize and finally gave me some sort of customer service.

The young lady Laura was very rude and did not greet me when I came in the door. I was standing at the register for at least 10-15 min before she came to ask me if I needed anything. I am right now at the register and she left me again to deal with another customer (white woman) as I am standing and waiting for my purchase to be completed. This is deinitely a place that racism Is prevalent. I won't come back to this store.
