I love this store. Elliott is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large variety of styles and colors. I can spend alot of time in this store. I bought most of my friends gifts from here. Will be shopping here for flip flops always!

I love this spot! They have the most unique and best flip-flops ever! Plus other cool coastal items! I also buy them as gifts for my friends and family ~ and send to them all across the country. Heather and "all" staff are always friendly and accommodating! Yep ... just walking into the store is like a breath of fresh air! The only issue I have is... that there are too many amazing varieties to choose from!:) Luvluv

I’ve had many pairs of Havaianas for 20 years. First time they broke and only after having them for some months. I thought something was not right and took them to the store in Marina del Rey. The sales person who helped me at the store was so kind and explained to me what had happened with that batch and apparently they changed the material. Now she told me they brought it back to their original material, so she just exchange them to me. I knew something was wrong with the sandals that broke. Her name is Diana and she is a very good retail rep and on top of the situations.

Got these less than a year ago and the toe piece broke off. I called and they said they don’t do repairs or have any type of warranty. Waste of money.

Havaianas has process two bank authorizations, which resulted in two separate bank pending transactions in the amount of $104.00 each, total of $208.00, however there was not an order processed for these bank pending transactions. The pending transactions have been sitting in my bank for more than 9 days now. I've contacted Havaianas by phone, after the transactions were pending in my bank for 7 days and I'm on day 9, and Havaianas has not taken any action to cancel/clear these two bank pending transactions, in the amount of $104.00 each, total of $208.00. As suggested by multiple Havaianas customer support representatives, and customer support manager, Jove Bauyon, and I've sent 2 separate emails to Havainas Corporate, which included screen shots of my bank account showing the two $104.00 pending transactions, I have not received a response back from Havaianas Corporate, and the two bank transactions in the amount of $104.00 each, and not been canceled/cleared out of my bank. As of the date of filing this complaint, which is Wednesday, May 20th, I have not received a response back from Havaianas Corporate office regarding my request to cancel/clear the two transactions initated by Havainanas in error. The two bank transactions initated by Havainanas were posted to my bank on Monday, May 11th. AGAIN, FOR HAVAIANAS CORPORATE REFERENCE I AM ATTACHING A SCREEN SHOT OF THE TWO PENDING TRANSACTIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $104 EACH, FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $208.00 THAT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK BALANCE.

Very bad practice with customers, they marked down the price and didn't honor the red tag saying the extra 40% off. It is common sense here in America they must sell as advertised. Anyhow... very disappointed but that's okay, chilly beans also sells glasses with the Brazilian vibe. Do not recommend this store and management.

Came in Saturday at 2:00 pm and it was closed. Called in the evening and they said they would be open Sunday regular hours. Closed again ugh!
