OVERPRICED $100 for gel pedicure with tiny flower design.?!?! Went here on a recommendation and was really disappointed. Way overpriced for average gel pedicure and nail art. Massage was average. Would not return.

All the ladies who work here are great. I always get a pedicure, and they always do a great job. Sometimes, I get the extra leg massage and it feels so good.

The tech was in a rush. Wanted to remove my gel x and they made me soak it in a bowl of acetone instead of using the foil soak which left my skin dry. She then proceeded to try and pop my nails off instead of shaving them down more or soaking them properly. I don’t even think they removed all of the glue and then they wouldn’t take credit card so had to pay an extra dollar. Probably won’t be coming back here,

This place ruined my friends nails. Looks like she did it herself blindfolded. I cannot believe they let her walk out with her hands looking the way they did. They looked terrible.Service: French manicures

I have been going to Hana nails on and off for many years. Their workmanship has gone downhill and I had the absolutely worst mani and pedi I've ever had. Do not go there if you can help it- a waste of money with long term issues!

I came in once with my mom while she was getting a pedicure. I watched how waxing was done on women. As a licensed Esthetician with 1500 hours and 30+ years in the industry I was horrified. The lady went with the waxing cart to the client getting her nails done. I watched as she double dipped the stick into the wax pot. Waxed the client then went to another client didthe same thing. That is so unsanitary! My mom insisted I get my nails done here. I was wary bc the entire place was dirty. I went against my better judgment. Had my nails done twice. Now I have a infection in my nail. I've never in 33 years received an infection from a nail place. This place is very unsanitary. You've been warnedServices: Acrylic nails

The pedicure itself was totally fine, nothing wrong with the mail tech's skills, but be warned that they will upcharge you without clear communication. She asked if I wanted callus remover for an extra $7, which I said yes to, and then she said "sea salt ok?" And I said sure not knowing that would be an additional $7. The callus remover was worth the additional charge but the scrub was not. Also, although they do have jet tubs, they do not work, so they put a bucket of water in the tub and used that for the soak. So if you want a foot soak with jets this isn't your place. Ultimately I am happy with my pedicure but not happy about spending $42.

Was looking for a place to get my nails done last minute, after work, and before the weekend (the hardest odds against me), so i called around and saw that this place had 4 stars, a decent amount of reviews, and wasn’t too far from work! I am so thankful i did! I got it around 6:30p and everyone was quick and kind to accommodate and to start on my nails. My pedicure was perfect despite my initial pedicurist not knowing too well how to add acrylic to my big toe to shape my toenail, but another tech did and stopped to assist as she was getting ready to head home. She took her time and did an excellent job all in midst of heading out the door- thank you! And my manicurist, Tony, was amazing! He worked hard to shape my nails to all be the same and I didn’t have to ask him to fix a thing! They close at 7:30 and while my manicure was done- my nails still needed another 30 minutes. I ended up leaving around 8:10 and not once did Tony make me feel rushed, like i was inconveniencing him, or that I was a bother- this is so rare, especially at a shop you just happened to find. I am so thankful, and am now able to go into the weeekend with beautiful nails and a great attitude as I felt I was given the best service (anyone else get nail shop anxiety?!)Thank you Hana Nails! I’ll be back!

Okay, so I am a regular customer and have been for years. Lynn is my pedicurist. My issue is not with Lynn, but with the fact that customers getting acrylic nails are supposed to be on the east side of the salon. I am a breast cancer survivor and I have been told more than once that that is the rule at Hana Nails. Well, I sit here today and the woman seated across from me is getting acrylic nails!! I never sit on the east side of the salon for that reason. I didn't realize it until Lynn started on my feet and I smelled the toxic, cancer-causing fumes. Now I'm pissed off and what was meant to be a relaxing experience is a cause for health concerns. Do better and be consistent with your rules, Hana Nails!!

I had in mind a relaxing day getting a little pampering. Unfortunately this place was just not relaxing. Although the technicians were nice I think spending $32 for pedi that took literally 12 minutes was just downright wrong. The shop was not clean. There was just no pride in their work. First and last time for me.

The most RUSHED, UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever. Will never go back. When I asked the manicurist to please slow down, both her (Nina) and pedicurist (William) LAUGHED. About to call the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. NO LICENSES POSTED. TOO FAST. Not safe or enjoyable at all.
