This used to be my regular nail salon but they were unacceptably late even when I booked a schedule twice. They said to come back an hour like they don’t care about your time. You don’t ask a customer to come and then wait after one’s drive and a very busy schedule, I couldn’t stand it.
Their wor k has been easily breaking too.
I do not understand why they say they will do it right now but leave and also they would say it will be a few minutes and then past 10 minutes. They are still not around.

Excellent service. Place is clean, the technician s are super kind and very professional! I love them all. Highly recommend it! Best eye lashes and gel nails ever.

Horrible place. Daughter and I were looking for a restroom in this building because there is no restroom available. She has a disability and asked if she can use restroom at Hana Nails. An older lady in the front raised her voice and said customers only. Rude employee. Would never recommend this place to anyone considering that’s how they treat someone asking for a basic need.

I went o n for acrylic nails and had the worst experience ever. She did a horrible uneven job, tried to cover it up with layers and layers of nail polish. 10 days later I ended up with a horrible nail infection that was so painful And needed antibiotics for ten days

If you are looking for a great manicure that is affordable on the Westside you gotta check out Hana nails. Be sure you request Chloe! I recently went to her for GelX and she did an amazing job!! I brought in a photo and she replicated it perfectly. See my exp (the blue nails) and my nails (the burgundy nails). She did a great job of copying the deign I wanted while being very friendly and working quickly. I will definitely be going back to her!

OVERPRICED $100 for gel pedicure with tiny flower design.?!?! Went here on a recommendation and was really disappointed. Way overpriced for average gel pedicure and nail art. Massage was average. Would not return.

All the ladies who work here are great. I always get a pedicure, and they always do a great job. Sometimes, I get the extra leg massage and it feels so good.

Was looking for a place to get my nails done last minute, after work, and before the weekend (the hardest odds against me), so i called around and saw that this place had 4 stars, a decent amount of reviews, and wasn’t too far from work! I am so thankful i did! I got it around 6:30p and everyone was quick and kind to accommodate and to start on my nails.
My pedicure was perfect despite my initial pedicurist not knowing too well how to add acrylic to my big toe to shape my toenail, but another tech did and stopped to assist as she was getting ready to head home. She took her time and did an excellent job all in midst of heading out the door- thank you! And my manicurist, Tony, was amazing! He worked hard to shape my nails to all be the same and I didn’t have to ask him to fix a thing! They close at 7:30 and while my manicure was done- my nails still needed another 30 minutes. I ended up leaving around 8:10 and not once did Tony make me feel rushed, like i was inconveniencing him, or that I was a bother- this is so rare, especially at a shop you just happened to find. I am so thankful, and am now able to go into the weeekend with beautiful nails and a great attitude as I felt I was given the best service (anyone else get nail shop anxiety?!)

The tech was in a rush. Wanted to remove my gel x and they made me soak it in a bowl of acetone instead of using the foil soak which left my skin dry. She then proceeded to try and pop my nails off instead of shaving them down more or soaking them properly. I don’t even think they removed all of the glue and then they wouldn’t take credit card so had to pay an extra dollar. Probably won’t be coming back here,

WOW.. this place went downhill FAST! I used to love this place! Reasonable prices and friendly and all..but the last two times I went it was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY and disgusting.. dirty towels, messy chairs, stained, its seriously gross. The prices are still decent - but if you must got hear I highly recommend bringing your own tools..
