TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE store and the owner! They don't have price tag on products and who would think of a simple, quiet old sticker without good quality can be charged $10+! Plus, The sticker is wrapped with toilet paper. The owner quickly swiped your card and kept saying the price was plus tax, but the tax on the receipt is 0! She just charges whatever she wants! She refused to return too even when the product was still on the counter. JUST AVOID this terrible store! The owner is basically "fraud" your money. Should be shame!

Avoid the store. Didn't check reviews before going in and but after getting hustled I took a look on Yelp. Lo and behold... Terrible reviews. She will tell you a price and charge you more and explain that the difference is due to a "different quality" of product. Absolutely unacceptable. Can't believe these types of stores can still remain in existence. The store owner should be ashamed.

i bought a beautiful little horse sculpture form this store. the "mom" stays quiet on her chair so i did my transaction with rashelle (the store owner). i was interested in a gold ring but decided not to buy it becuase it was too expensive. so, i bought the horse for $75.00; signed my receipt for $75. upon reconciling my bank account, she had charged me $90.50 instead of the $75 she stated... i called my bank immediately. i googled the store too and inquired about the charge. she told me that tax is 9.75% and credit card charge is 3% - still doesnt add up to $90.50. also, i bought from her before and everything is priced as is so that tax and credit card charge is bogus.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! This store doesn't even deserve a star. During this pandemic my family and I like to buy and support our local stores and places but the lady from this store is very manipulative and trying to cheat people off and doesn't even deserve any support. Today my daughters walked into this store to look around for something to buy. One of my daughters like to collect sweaters and she found one that she likes. The lady came up to her and started offering her different kind of sweaters and even offered me some too but I said no. I asked her how much was the sweater and she mumbled with the price that I could barely hear her but both my daughters heard her say $19.78. We went to the counter and she kept asking me would you like some jewelry? They are 50% off and I said no Thank you. She continued with the transaction and told me to sign the receipt which she was covering the price so I signed but when she handed it to me I looked at the price and it was $91.98 so I questioned her and I said wait you charged me $91.98 and she replied including the tax and I said $19.78 plus tax is not $91.98 and she said the sweater is $79.99 so my daughters and I looked at each other and my daughter said that's not what you told us and she replied the sweater is $79.99 plus tax. My daughter then told her no never mind and I said yeah we're just gonna return the sweater and she said "you can't it already charged" and I said sure you can you just have to refund my card but she kept refusing. I told her we're not buying this sweater for $91.98 and she said "no refund" she showed us the sign but it was hidden behind her covered with all the other sweaters as well as a jewelry rack and I said it's hidden with all the other sweaters. We were going back and forth and I told her I'll just call my bank and decline your charges and she said you can't and I said yes I can. She pulled a shirt and told me here I'll give you a free shirt and I said no and she kept following me telling me to keep the shirt and I said no. We left the store and I called my bank right away and I explained to the customer service of what happened. On top of that she charged 15% on tax when sales tax is only 9.5%. This lady is not only dishonest but she also scams her customers thinking we won't don't anything or notice. Thank goodness God is on our side and the customer service told me that I will get my refund after 12 hrs.

I don't usually leave reviews.. but when this place/lady robbed me and my girlfriend for our money I felt helpless and stupid afterwards because of the way she manipulated my girlfriend into spending an outrageous amount of money for cheaply built/used items. Not only that but she also claimed that she didn't pay her for a item she did in fact pay for.she was so good at what she did I genuinely believe she's a witch.. as my girlfriend handed her the money the lady started talking out her teeth asking us the most bizarre/personal questions...she said how much do we make?..what do we do?..when are we getting married?..she played mind games clearly using all those questions as bait to distract my girlfriend. It was so cleverly setup.. she had her buy another item in between there conversation insisting that my girlfriend didn't pay her for the first item..She's full of it and deserves no place in this country. She's acts like she tries to be your best friend but really she's trying to manipulate you in attempt to yank out as much money as she possibly can off you. STAY AWAYY!!!!!!!!

This woman hustled and robbed me- took advantage of the fact my fiancé and I were tipsy from the nearby brunch cruise. I called to complain, and she lied and said she wasn't the one who sold the goods to me..247$ for a candle holder , sweatshirt and a Sterling silver necklace

This lady does not deserve such negative reviews, and stop with the Jewish remarks; my Great Great Grandmother was tortured during the Holocaust. My husband and I were just there on July 5, 2019, for our anniversary. This lady sold me a very nice blue shirt (her design); my husband loves it. I also bought a very nice black shirt with "Los Angeles" printed on it plus glitzy dolphins on the front (my daughter loves it); also purchased a torquoise sterling silver bracelet and wolf paw earrings with little sterling feathers on them (genuine 925 sterling marking on the back). I also bought a golden jewelled baby elephant for my friend who collects elephants, and broke up her set of three. This lady is the nicest lady you could ever meet. Her lovely mother was behind her, which I thought it extremely nice that she cares for her elderly mom. I didn't know she was Jewish, but that just makes me like her even more. GREAT little gift shop! Well worth the price we paid, and very unique high quality items. I couldn't afford to buy everything, but I love the items she sold us. Very nice and helpful lady. Again this lady's design (blue shirt) is extremely nice and good quality cotton. Love her design! Very talented. EXCELLENT 5 STARS *****

Beware this store, I watched as the mean old lady in the store yelled and screamed at some customers , that didn't care for her merchandise. Looked like a bunch of overpriced junk to me.

Do not shop at this store! The owner is bat s*** crazy!!!She hit our car with her car door and we showed her red paint on my white car and white paint from my car on her red car. She just kept denying everything and was very rude! The cops are investigating and have received our pictures and videos. She is in the pictures above and that is her license plate on that red car!

This place is horrible!! The good reviews on Yelp must be created by their friends and family. I believe this place is merely used to launder money as the lunatic woman who owns it sits on her a** and is an angry witch yet owns a fancy car. She takes no responsibility for her mistakes and lies through her gnarled teeth. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Where's trump when you need him!! If you happen upon this store, say a prayer and run the other way!! I watched this woman hit a customers car with her stupid red Porsche and she spent 30 minutes denying she ever hit the car and argued that in fact the customer was insane and must be making it up when you could clearly see the paint she scraped off!! Anyway, If you like your sanity, shop somewhere else or maybe stay home and hang out with your dog instead.
