Avoid!
I don't know how they clean cars but they just peeled off a big piece of the paint of the hood. They also left cleaning tools in the car. Just not professional.
Customer service is horrible too. Shame!

I’ve always had positive experiences here. The staff is all very friendly. My car is treated well and is cleaned up nicely. It’s a $30 car wash, I think other reviewers that rate low are acting as if they paid for a specialty $100 detail. It’s not that. You definitely get a $30 car wash which is exactly what you pay for.

First time customer and did a nice wash job but I had a few dollars in change in the console and one of the workers stole it. WATCH YOUR VALUABLES!!!

The best car wash in westside, hands down. We’ve tried many different car washes and this has the highest quality, price, and customer service. We usually do a hand wash with a wax every now and then. They’re very receptive to our feedback and want us to leave happy with the job done. We’ll be coming here as long as we live here!

WARNING: Do not take your car to Felipe's! They put a scratch down to the metal on my Tesla that will cost me between $1,200 and $1,500 to fix (see photo). They refuse to acknowledge they made the scratch and conveniently said their video footage was deleted from the time when my car was being washed. Offered me 4 free washes (worth $120 total) to make up for the scratch, but then said they didn't make the scratch. Go elsewhere!

$$ Mosquito Fee? They charge you extra money if you have bugs on your car. No one else does that in 60 years going to hundreds or car washes. Then they don’t wash car good. Watch out their $$neaky.

The owner/manager is absolutely terrible. I got a three star carwash ($38) which was the bear minimum. I had a smoothie in the back seat spill on the leather seat yesterday. It dried as it was from yesterday and maybe 3” wide. He comes to get me in the middle of my car wash and says if you want me to clean this it needs shampoo and water for $50 extra. Keep in mind the service includes a wipe down of interior. I proceed to tell him no - can you please just wipe it with water and a rag I don’t need any special cleaners on it. He says no and that water to wipe it is $50. I said leave it. They have the most terrible customer service. He argued with me and provided no help or resolution. I would certainly avoid this place. The guy is an A$$hole.

Poor, rushed and disappointing considering it was a "premium" wash. Left dirt on the windows, seats and complained when I asked them to wipe them down. I noticed an employee dropping a rag on the floor then cleaning someone's car with it - scratch time.
Avoid.

Used to be a hidden gem, but it went down the hill. They do wash your car quick, but it used to be good, now it’s just quick and ok/decent. I had some plastic covers, that were glued on to the side panels of my car. Got home, realized that one of them is broken… Got disappointed and ended up taking them off from my whole car. Hate the way they didn’t even mention anything about it. Had a lot of water spots left on my side mirrors, dirt on my windshield and coffee spots left. Yeah I guess it was last time going there. Will look for something else
