? When I missed my package delivery at the arranged time, I called the reception at FedEx Marina Del Rey. The gentleman who answered my call on afternoon Tuesday guided me very well, When I arrived there, Michael Ashby, who assisted also was so friendly and helpful! This station truly have 5-star service. ?

FEDEX Is THE WORST- DO NOT USE THEM
Nothing but problems. First - They refuse to use gate code to deliver my package, then
2 Fedex delivery people leave me 2 empty BLANK door tags with no info.
I have no idea what package is or when to be redelivered. ?
SO I left my phone number on door tag and taped it outside for driver and asked them to call me for re-delivery so I can let them in (since they won’t use gate code) - NEITHER DELIVERY PEOPLE EVER CALLED - they just left another empty door tag!!!!!
Next day I use the tracking number to see where the hell package is after losing a week looking for it. FedEx automated system says package is late and not delivered which is WRING - it’s here in Venice and just not delivered properly. SO both the WORKERS AND AUTOMATED SYSTEM SUCK!
UGH ?NOTHING BUT MISTAKES AND PROBLEM.
DAY 5 still NO PACKAGE - so I now
spend my SATURDAY TO GO TO THEIR OFFICES TO GET MY PACKAGE.
WHAT A WASTE- this is not a DELIVERY service!!! ?
All they did was frustrate me AND IGNORE my requests AND MAKE ME COME get it! WHY WOUKD ANYONE PAY FEDEX TO DELIVER ?????!
MY PACKAGE ? SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED A WEEK EARLIER!
Worst customer service EVER!!!

I had a phone call from FedEx concerning my package, the woman on the phone was very nice. I arrived at this location right after (12/15/23 at 7pm).I don’t know why but the man working there was extremely rude and condescending towards me in front of other customers. Unprofessional and upsetting behavior.

Waited today for a delivery I needed to sign for with a driver from this location. No knock, no doorbell, no note on door. They scanned my package and said they made an attempt and never even tried to deliver.This really pisses you off when you stay home purposefully on your only day off from work so you can sign. That delivery driver today was a POS. Tracking number ending in 7522 Dec 1st

The driver was late in delivering my medication and came while I was in the shower and left with my package and did not leave a note I found out via tracking. I don’t drive so it’s hard for me to go to this location to pick it up so I have to wait until Monday morning until they deliver it again. Luckily I have enough left of the medication but now I told my pharmacy to use ups instead where at least I have the drivers number who usually delivers and he’s really cool
