Like watching paint dry, literally. Just spent 35-40 minutes in an empty store, trying to buy 4 paint samples. 3 employees, all doing very close to nothing and appearing to have absolutely no idea how to run a business. Just terrible. Avoid this location, unless you like wasting your time.

I went in to get a paint match for patching my living room walls. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I just finished patching the walls and the match was dead on. I couldn't be happier with the experience and as far as I am concerned they have a customer for life.

Dunn-Edwards Paints in Marina Del Rey is my go-to place for high quality paint and expert advice on topics ranging from color selection to can you recommend a good painter? The quality of Dunn Edwards paint is superlative but more important is their amazing customer service. The staff is always professional, helpful and super friendly. I can always rely on Don McTyer, Manager to share his knowledge and answer technical questions. When my painter didn't show up, I went immediately to Don to ask for painter recommendations and he referred me to some great people! I was particularly impressed by Danny, a member of the sales team. He has spent hours helping with paint selection and giving me advice. He always makes me feel like a valued customer. Natalie is their design consultant and her advice on colors is absolutely wonderful. She has a great eye and sense of design and chose a great color for my new kitchen project. Highest praise for everyone at Dunn-Edwards Paints!! It is my home for paint!

Nataly Lucero, Professional Color Advisor at Dunn Edwards Paints in Marina Del Rey is AMAZING! She was exceptional at supporting our paint color(s) selections and used computer technology to help us see the house colors in advance of final selection! She is a wonderful capable competent gift! I gave one employee a sheet of the four colors I needed in Pantone, CMYK, and text tone. He was working on it and said he could get them and passed it off to his coworker as he went on his lunch break. The employee that took over informed me they would charge me once the paint was made so I went for a walk around the block and when I came back she said they did not have the green that I needed. I understand everybody is suffering because of the shipping shortage but the lack of communication and just not telling me right off the bat that you don’t have one of the colors was poor in my opinion.

They used to be fast and courteous, not anywhere close anymore, and new rules like for a simple color match if you come 30 minutes before they close they will not do it, It’s something hidden, something you’re supposed to know I guess, because they seem pretty upset about it, They even seem upset if you don’t know their business hours

I have been to almost all the dunn edwards shops in southern california and this is definitely one of the worst stores with the one in LA and PCh in Torrance. I have been here several times and the people here are so irresponsible. A latino man in the register told me to wait and was throwing boxes, he made me wait about 5mins. If i were him, i would stop what i was doing and help the customer instead of making him waiting... another issue that i had was I asked for eye match and the guy told that it'll be ready in an hour but then there was other employee when i went back and said the guy left her the work and she just came back from break.... which means they didnt even start making it;;;; and telling me if i want refund when they know i need the paint instead of telling me to get it done asap. I wouldnt have come to this store if i werent in hurry in
