Dr. Vince Sghiatti, has been my families physician for the past 10 years plus. He's an awesome Doctor who is very caring and accessible. Always treated my family professionally, caring and with great respect. Always goes above and beyond making sure we are all well taken care of. Very blessed to have a doctor like that in our lives. Dr. Squiatti to my personal experience is the most caring physician i have seen ever, he really looks out for his patients putting aside any political and or pharmaceutical interest. Dr.Sghiatti is the best! He was recommended by the surgeon that shares the office with him, when we needed a primary Doctor. When my husband needed in home nursing care, and physical therapy, (after rotator cuff surgery), the doctor quickly set us up with an In Home nursing care company, that had nurses coming at least once a week, and also, in home physical therapy visits.Even without a scheduled appointment, the Dr. will take time to "squeeze"us into his day. He takes the time to answer any questions we have, from general to specific, and is concerned and caring. We LOVE Dr. Sghiatti!

dr sghiatti is really a life saver!!he has saved my life twice in 20 years. he diagnosed a heart condition. refered me to a cardiologist. he referred me to a specialist for colon cancer.

If you were looking for an amazing primary care physician, Dr. Sghiatti is a fantastic all-around doctor that has saved me many times over the past 30 years. Dr. Sghiatti cut the pneumonia The emergency room did not catch and I finally received the proper treatment under his care and I'm flourishing today because of Dr. Sghiatti and his amazing support staff!Holly the office manager in Marina del Rey is one of the kindest, most compassionate human beings I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Holly makes going to the doctor an easy task with a great sense of humor & always a big smile! Holly's professionalism is second to none. Dr. Sghiatti is very lucky to have Holly and the other support staff because in a time where this rarely exists!Thank you for the many years for taking care of my health and always with a smile and so promptly! This office feels like concierge's doctoring , you get in and you get out with 100% accuracy and plenty of warm care and compassion. If I could give 100 stars I would!

I have been going to Dr. Sghiatti for over a decade and he has been a great doctor. He has been very helpful to both my wife and I. I love the staff and they get me in and out as efficiently as possible. The only issue is some of the staff are 49ers fans, but no one is perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Sghiatti and his staff!

DON'T COME HERE! Where do I start....this place is a sham. The office itself is a health hazard- filthy, unorganized and smells nasty. You walk in and immediately you feel like you went back in time to a clinic from the 70's with the old gross carpet that's in the waiting room. The front desk receptionist Holly is the most rude, obnoxious, incompetent and unprofessional person I've met in my life. I came for a routine blood test and every step of the way was beyond frustrating as I am still waiting for them to mail me the results as these people don't believe in technology and will not email you anything. Oh, actually they have a 'scanner', but it's locked in a room where there is one nurse who's in charge of it only works once a week lol It took so many back and forth calls just to have the dr to go over the results with me and then I had to call again to mail the results out. Spoke with Holly AGAIN and after giving her my address (even though they have it on file), she promised it will be sent that same week. To no one's surprise, she didn't and when I called again she had the nerve to just bluntly tell me that she didn't send it yet. Then she asks for the address again (which I already gave it to her and they should have record of) and at this point I'm concerned that they don't even have my medical records so I'm asking her to confirm the address and she's like 'I don't have your file in front of me'. I asked if I should call again later so she can have the file in front of her and she basically said 'I'll send your blood results to the address I have on file and if you don't get it, that's on you'. Wow, just wow. This woman is next level unprofessional. The dr's room needs a review of its own- cluttered, paper EVERYWHERE and just plain filthy. This is NOT what a medical facility should look or act like. Find another provider, this place is a joke.

Terrible service... do not go here. Tried to have me take bloods when I didn’t need them and their billing department is a shambles. As soon as I got my bill, called to pay in full, then another letter came, called again and a year later I’m passed to a collection agency for a bill I paid a year ago
