Popped in impromptu to look at their frames. They had a great selection. Karen was very friendly and professional even though I had her unlocking case after case. Also looked up my vision benefits, even though I didn't have my insurance card with me. Nice people. Good place.

Staff is very friendly and dr. Huang is very kind and takes time to answer questions. The staff and dr. Huang even work to find me the best rebates for contacts each visit. I’ve never felt rushed through my appointment.

I've been seeing Andy Huang ands the whole Marina Optometric Center staff for several years. They're just great. I've gone through several changes of prescription - both contact lenses and glasses - and worked through the rigors of lockdown and pandemic caution with them. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional - terrific! And Dr. Huang, himself, is a pleasure. Extremely knowledgeable - up on all the newest technologies affecting his practice and patients - articulate and clear in his explanations. Did I mention - he listens! Can't ask for more.

This place is just great. The Doctor is tops; educated alert personable not slow not too quick. The office is awesome. They are run tight but nice. Super nice. In my case they went way beyond!! Top ratings. Been coming 2 years and has been consistent.

I recently went to Marina Optometric Center for my 2021 eye exam and I was happy to see how seriously they took the pandemic, and the safeguards. You get your temperature taken, and finish any paperwork. There are partitions in the office and you see the staff wiping down all the surfaces. They did a great job on the extra cleaning. Sadly the waiting area is closed and if you come to early you have to wait outside. There are more staff than patients keeping everyone at a good social distance. I got my exam done and Dr. Huang told me my eye sight had improved, that was such awesome news. Karen helped me pick my new glasses and I loved them so much i got two pairs, plus my contacts. Thank you Marina Optometric team for a great experience. See you Next Year. Keep up the great work.

Karen at this place has an attitude. I came in to ask her about what types of lenses should I get but she seems to not care at all. When I was there I overheard that two people were complaining that their orders (contact lenses) were "lost". And another customer had to wait a month to get his glasses. It seems like the employees here are underpaid.

SCAM & FRAUD. Ordered a new pair of glasses in early March and was promised the turnaround time to be around 1-2 weeks. Now it's April - been over 3 weeks and my glasses are still not ready... additionally, there is no communication, apology or update between nor I was informed why it would take so long... Very unfortunately that employees here seem not to care at all. Shame is the only word I find appropriate.Update- the employee called me and said that the glasses did not pass the "quality check". What a waste of time and energy. What a joke. What a shame.

Dr. Huang and his staff are easygoing, friendly, and they run a great optometrist center. I love that Dr. Huang gives you vision education and reviews your tests/scans thoroughly with you. He has helped me find better lenses that have given me a better quality of life.

I love this place! Optometrist Andy Huang is personable, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. As is his whole staff! The office is exceptionally well run, and all my dealings with Marina Optometric Center - whether administrative or about my vision - have been easy, smooth, and satisfying. I have lousy vision that can be tricky to correct - have worn glasses or contacts since I was 6 - and Andy's - Dr. Huang's - patience and care as we close in on the right prescription has been notable. Whether for contacts or glasses, I've come back and back - and sometimes, back! - before we get it right. And every time, I have been taken care of as thoughtfully and meticulously as the first time. Great eye care operation!
