As someone in the networking field and seeing q recent gripe about config management on a device they actively deployed I cannot allow anyone to not read this review.According to his forum thread:His company has no active config management system outside of whatever each device doesHis company does not test their devices and configurations properly; if at all before deploymentHis company wants to point fingers at their vendor instead of finding their issue, finding a solution to their poor work flows and then providing a plan to change their ways so this does not happen againAlso he is probably terrible to work for considering he is blaming a company for something they should have known about before even mounting to a tower let alone put into production. I'm sure his employees are not the happiest and probably get negative feedback from him often.This review is as a consumer as well as a networking professional.

I have had Digilink for wireless internet for many years on a boat. They have been great, Bob the founder, is fantastic and responds to your needs and gives you the 411. Kristina is always super helpful and cheerful. Working from home during this past year - the internet service is critical to have and line of sight internet does just fine for a boat. Great operation!

Thanks Digilink you saved the day for me. I was required to work from home when my office building closed due to the Covid-19 virus lock down. Diglink provided me with fast reliable internet so I could continue my tax practice from home without missing a deadline during the lock down. Thank you again and Keep up the good service

We have been living on a boat in Marina del Rey for more than a year now, and needed good Internet service. We also needed flexibility, as there are several months a year where we are traveling. Digilink was very accommodating and easy to work with, and very responsive when we had questions or issues.

I have had Digilink for wireless internet for three years. They have been simply outstanding, starting with the founder, Bob, who responds in minutes to any call for help, any time of the day, and continuing to Kristina, who is cheerful and always helpful.. The internet service has also been top notch. Because of the pandemic, my wife and I are often on zoom at the same time, and the wireless internet does just fine. Can't say enough good things about this operation!

I had their wireless internet on my boat for over 5 years. In that time I've only had one shrive drop out that was addressed within minutes. Very reliable and Kristina in customer service is incredibly efficient, and pleasant to talk to.

Had DigiLink installed today in our San Diego high rise condo. Giving up Cox cable and the costs and issues with it. Jamie came ahead of our appointed time and left us fully educated to our new service. Thumbs up for DigiLink!

Our company received an invoice from Company A. We ported our telephone number from Company A to Digilink about 2 years ago. I asked Digilink what is going on. Kristina started investigating and spent lots of time, which was more than I expected, to assist and resolve this issue. Whenever I have to go through this kinds of uncontrollable situations, I feel blessed to be their customer. Kristina and Digilink associates make it so easy for me. They take customers' problems very seriously. That's the one of the gifts Digilink does offer to their customers. I highly recommend them and their service. Once you experience their customer service, you will never go back to the "big" companies.
