If something is on sale 3 for $10 and they only have 2, should you get the 2 at the sale price? Not a CVS on Mindanao, they charged me full price because I wasn't buying 3!

Love that this CVS is 24-hour and the staff is super friendly. We needed assistance in the liquor department and someone was there within a couple minutes. Plus super easy to get in and out of.
