The pharmacy is always on edge. If you guys can’t handle the stress leave, don’t take it out on the customer. I wasn’t even being rude and got attitude.

From tires to diamonds (which btw are a decent quality) to computers, find your deals here. They sell gas here although the space to line up is small. Awesome that In-N-Out is next door. Like other Costco's, it's organized, clean with helpful workers. The deals on produce, eggs, and vitamins can't be beat. The rotisserie chicken is always delicious, juicy and well-seasoned. I am a loyal customer in the optical department. They have a large wine/spirits section and I'm impressed with the gift card offers. Note the samples counters don't set up until about 11am. :( The only negative is being careful not to get a red light traffic ticket on your way through Culver City. My navigation app is my best friend for my trips.

I would like to make sure that someone knows how wonderful Tom in the Optometry Department was with helping me! I had purchased 2 pairs of glasses from the Burbank Costco location and even going there twice to have the glasses curved and fitted for me to wear, no one had helped me there at all. Unsure of how I could get help, I went to a LensCrafters and they did nothing as well. Tom at the Culver City location was so kind, he validated my concerns and explained how of course they would be slipping off, they were not fitted or adjusted at all. He took the time to make sure they were good on my face and behind my ears and that they appeared straight. He went the extra mile to help me and I appreciated that so much. Kudos to Tom!!!

** COSTCO TIRE CENTER REVIEW ONLY** This review is for the Culver City/Marina del Rey Tire Center only. I purchased new tires from Costco in June 2020. The process of selecting online, having them shipped to store, making an appointment and installation onsite is very easy. This service is great if you don't need an emergency tire. Not sure what that process would be like. The actual work done and warranty provided are both great. Which is why when I ended up with a huge metal connector/nail thing in my tire the other night, I knew I would be taking it to Costco for repair. This is when the small negative experiences started to add up... 1. No one ever answers the phone at the tire counter. EVER. 2. There are never any appointments available within a week. So plan your tire disasters accordingly. 3. If you decide to be a walk in, be prepared. I was the first one in line at the main entrance, and ended up with several people in front of me at the actual tire counter, because as soon as that door is lifted, GROWN ADULTS (men) are literally running and pushing to be first in line at the counter. I was flabbergasted. There really needs to be a better line system put in place. 4. They estimated 2.5hrs and were done within 2hrs, which is great, we love it. They called me, but didn't leave a voicemail letting me know everything was done and good to go. I tried to call to confirm before heading back, buuuuut see #1. 5. They didn't know where they parked my car and couldn't find it. Told me the last two aisles, so I walked the last three aisles for 20 min. Then the tech walked the whole east side for another 20 min trying to find my car. 6. While looking for my car, the tech dropped the processing papers he asked for. So now my name and cell # are floating around the Costco parking lot?! Fantastic. All in all, the actual repair of the tire was great (so far). Cost me $3 for the mandatory stem replacement. But all of these small service issues really take away from the entire experience. Bonus: great tire selection, great warranty, good work, good prices Bogus: the walk in experience is akin to what I imagine the hunger games would be like. Please Costco, please streamline!! Customer service needs some work.

The worst Costco experience ever I just spent $136 looking for parking with no luck at all. How can I save money if I just spent $136 in gas money looking for a parking spot?

I love Costco, but this one is bizzare! I understand that it is a larger one, so yes, it's crowded! Parking is a hassle. The food court always just seems a mess. Birds all over the place, trash, broken cash registers. As I entered today, I was shocked to see how people behaved when asked to show membership. A grown man threatened the women at the door. When a male employee approached the door, he acted as if she provoked him! Checkout was no better. Im a long-time membership holder, and I have always understood that a) l show my card to enter, b) only I can use my card, and c) unload your own cart. I have seen people ask for multiple items to be put back. Request last-minute items to be added to the bill. Complain for boxes and have full meltdowns if they dont get one. The constant yelling and warehouse buzz drives me crazy. Can't they get a flashing light or something to summon the managers? Then comes the dread receipt review. Again, this process is made worse by the trash talkers complaining to door folks. Get your reciept out and be ready to go, folks! Here again, comes the bizzare part of this Costco. The carts are to the left of the exit. So if you grab a cart, you have to manuver exiting traffic and food court foot traffic. It's just odd. Overall, I come here out of necessity-the prices are great! Management is clearly the issue here. I have only ever interacted with one, Brian, and I have no idea how he holds this position. He's an abrasive fellow. The cashiers look tired. I could be a great place to shop, but it's just chaotic!

Ur a big company which doesnt need review. Even with my low star you will still get business no matter what. My 1 star will not get attention to improve ur employees at the fastfood area. But even so heres my 1 star for a very poor service i experience tonight 8:20pm mar22, 2024 to the person getting the receipt and giving it to a different window or line. Hes making mistakes twice not just with me, also to the other person before me. But the customer in the other line was just honest and give his order to him but the person beside me he was tired of waiting too thats why even thought its not his server, he took my order. And the server whos making mistakes doesnt care!

We ordered a pizza and other food items and had to wait for over an hour. No manager came out to assist any of us waiting in line. When we asked the person at the pizza pickup if I can get my other food items while waiting he had the nerve to tell me that he couldn't get my other items and when I asked why he said I had an attitude. Costco should be assumed of their workers!

If you want to understand the true character of a corporation, look at how they treat their customers not when they want to lure them in, but how on the way out. I like Costo, enjoy their products and prices, but for budgetary reasons, decided that I would like to CANCEL my Executive Membership. You cannot imagine the hell they put me through! They make it impossible! First they tell you that it can not be done on the website, only by phone. Then you call the number and they throw you into a labrynth of hell, dead end after dead end, hoping you will become demoralized and give up. Finally, the best I could do was remove my credit card so they cannot auto-renew me. I am so angry right now. I wasted 45 minutes on this crap. What a horrible way to treat people! And how stupid, because now they have given me a story to tell.

At 90232 CostCo on 3.9.24. I asked XAVIER (sort of tall guy) where some items were. The last item (tofu) was recently moved, I didn't find it. A few minutes later, Xavier seeks me out & says he found the tofu! Rock star effort!!! My thanks to Xavier!!!

Costco Marina Del Rey offers a fantastic shopping experience with a wide range of products at competitive prices. The spacious warehouse allows for easy navigation and ample parking, making the shopping trip hassle-free. The variety of items available, from groceries to electronics to home goods, caters to diverse needs. The membership benefits, including discounts and exclusive deals, add extra value to the shopping experience. With its convenient location and excellent selection, Costco Marina Del Rey is a go-to destination for quality products at great prices. We went there for a comparison of the furikake mix that they advertise. The Japanese party mix is more umami flavor while the hawaiian furikake mix is more sweeter.
