This Branch takes the best care of its customers. I was immediately greeted upon entry and my request was troubleshooted. Since I can't disclose confidential bank information, suffice it to say that Orlando carefully, expertly and patiently assisted me with my request. Thank you very much.

They regularly close early with no warning. I came on a day they were listed to close at 6 and they had closed well before then. Completely ridiculous. I have to make business deposits on certain days and this is heavily making me reconsider using Chase.

Had a pretty unsatisfactory visit today. There's no obvious place to start and a lot of people sitting around trying to avoid eye contact. Tips: 1) introduce yourself and your role 2) ask "how can I help?" 3) let customer know "this will take x amount of time" 4) if you can't do something at your branch, instead of suggesting I go to another Chase branch and ask the manager- why not make the phone call and find out and save the customer some valuable time? Off to next Chase branch to find a manager as suggested. Weak.

Just wanted to let you know that booking travel through Chase for the points is a terrible idea. My husband & I are missing 4/14 days of a trip because Chase informed us of a delay but never got us on the next flight. One of the most awful experiences of my life- we'd been planning this trip since before the pandemic.

Poor customer service. You have to deal with parking but go to the one on Admiralty, they are much nicer.

Tried to deposit cash in the atm. There was error it couldn't read the cash and when it tried to give my cash back to me it was missing more than half of it. I go inside to see if they could get the cash stuck in the atm out for me and they said they could t help me I would have to call the number on the back of my card. Ridiculous

Hello Yelp Brothers and Sisters. I am just getting perturb with being mistreated and I want to spread the word to let others know WE ARE NOT TAKING IT ANY LONGER. My New-Daughter/Partner and I went Chase Mindanao and I have to tell you it is the not the service we were expecting. We were given an appointment BY the manager and it was double booked. We agreed mistakes happened and we rescheduled online. This time we rescheduled the appointment for July 17th @0900 am. We arrived 0845,To be told The Banker we needed to speak with does not come in until 10-1030. The Banker Henry acted as if this is OK. So we rescheduled again. This time we went in on Thursday and we were supposed to go in on Friday. (Now this was our fault) . We wanted to let the manager know about the online issue. He literally looked at us (African and Hispanic) and told his Subordinate to tell us he was too busy. We could actually see him and he was not busy at all. We are just tried of being mistreated we are now going to post it ever single time. NOT TAKING IT ANY MORE, MR

I adore this bank! I've lived in the Marina for a year and this is the only Chase branch I will go to. Whenever I enter, I am greeted with smiles and, "How can we help today?" Everyone... so so friendly! Garrett O'Grady, in particular, has assisted me on numerous occasions. I value his expertise and personalized attention. With patience, he clearly addresses and explains my questions concerning my accounts and financial endeavors. He is swift, smart, and savvy ... a true professional. I always walk away feeling valued and more knowledgeable. This is my Chase Bank ... on Mindanao Way! Yayyy!

I don't normally use this bank, but with toddler in hand I HAD to make the stop. I immediately was greeted by two very sweet ladies chatting up my son while I could finish the deposit slip. Once in the VERY short line the cashier was quick, prompt and accommodating with my son as he pushed alll the buttons. After everything was taken care of at the quickest pace, the manager came out to issue me a free parking pass (just in case it went over the 15 minutes getting in and out while buckling up my son in his car seat). Wahooo! Oh!! And my son got a lolly pop! ;) What more could you ask for in your local bank?!

Worst teller ever. I asked to transfer money from a business account to my personal and also to pay a Chase credit card. The teller took out a cash advance from my credit card to put into my personal account. What? I never asked for a cash advance! We even discussed the business account name. Didn't notice until I got home and saw a $500 debit on my credit card instead of a credit. What? How do you make this kind of a serious error? Lazy and incompetent. Now I will have to to back into a branch to sort out this mess and wait days to get a refund on cash advance fees for a cash advance I never asked for. Idiots.

Agree with other reviews. Do Not Go Here. Came to file death certificate for my Mother. Needed to consolidate and transfer accounts to my name. New clerk received no help from coworkers or manager. I was denied use of bathroom after being there an hour. Will close acct as soon as possible.

This branch should be permanently closed or Chase should hire management and staff who are competent in completing basic tasks, like supporting a couple in opening a checking account, without having to send customers away to complete the task on a different day because they can't figure it out and their systems are down, when in reality they just want to go home for the day even though you got there well before closing. From the branch manager to associates, I've only experienced arrogant service and am appalled that Chase allows this to continue given other poor customer reviews. I'd encourage anyone who has had a negative experience to call Chase customer service and file a grievance against the branch. If enough pile up, maybe they'll be moved to do something to make changes. There is a certain male associate who works in the cubicle next to the teller windows who seems to take pleasure in not being able to satisfy customer requests then mocking customers after being rude to them.

My review discusses this bank branch in general + some issues regarding chase in general that the branch bankers have no control over (staffing, Opening particular accounts) What I LOVE about this branch is that there is typically little to NO line. When I lived in Hollywood, the Hollywood/Vine location had lines as long as 15 minutes! This location typically doesn't get too busy and there is ample parking. The tellers are always very friendly and attentive. My favorite banker is Daniel Klein. He is always polite and eager to address my issues! I use chase for personal banking so i decided to open a business account with them as well. I had difficulty opening up an IOLTA account at this branch as only a few bankers are able to open this account and that banker is spread out over various locations. When I called this location + the location on Admiralty to find out when that particular banker was available, I felt as if I got a bit of a run around since some of the bankers did not know what an IOLTA account was (not blaming the employees, pinning that on chase!) This is the closest location to me so I will continue to use this branch again and again :)
