When I tried to withdraw cash from my Pfizer clin card, I was told to do it at an ATM.ATMs only allow you to withdraw $500 at a time and there is a $3 fee.My friend came here because he was able to withdraw money at the counter for free at another branch.I asked the staff member walking by instead of the counter, but the answer was the same, so I gave up and decided to go home.It was a waste of time because the staff were not properly trained.If you want to receive services from this branch, I think it's best to do so only if you have an account at this branch and want to receive services related to it.For other requirements, it is better to go to another branch.Because it's nearby.

This branch has the worst customer service. The tellers look miserable and have foul attitudes. When I come in I smile and say hello to get ignored and stared down. Ladies if you don't like your jobs find one you'll be happy at. I love the security guard she's friendly and very nice.

I’ve been a member of a few different banks over 15 years and Chase has consistently been the best. Kelly Solomon was fantastic and helped my business resolve a headache that another bank failed to us assist us with.Happy to continue banking with Chase privately and with my business.

Went in to make a deposit at Chase Bank on Mindanao in Marina Del Rey. Informed teller I needed funds available immediately, it was drawn on a J.P Morgan account. She said no problem. Get home, she didn't submit for immediate availability. I call the branch and they want to justify her error by stating I didn't request to cash the check. So the teller made a regular deposit. How much more clear does a client need to be if I specifically state funds need to be available immediately. Mistakes happen. What's not acceptable is turning the responsibility on me to say it was just a miscommunication. It was failure to listen to your clients request. Every time I go to this branch location it's an issue. Definitely need more customer service training at this branch

Had a pretty unsatisfactory visit today. There's no obvious place to start and a lot of people sitting around trying to avoid eye contact. Tips: 1) introduce yourself and your role 2) ask "how can I help?" 3) let customer know "this will take x amount of time" 4) if you can't do something at your branch, instead of suggesting I go to another Chase branch and ask the manager- why not make the phone call and find out and save the customer some valuable time? Off to next Chase branch to find a manager as suggested. Weak.

Just wanted to let you know that booking travel through Chase for the points is a terrible idea. My husband & I are missing 4/14 days of a trip because Chase informed us of a delay but never got us on the next flight. One of the most awful experiences of my life- we'd been planning this trip since before the pandemic.

I was on time for my appointment . They made me wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment. At the end of the story they didn't helped me at at. The Banker said i have to make 50.000 dollars investment. What ? So if you're not a millionaire you can't do any investment on this Branch.
