I wanna start by saying that Bartels Harley Davison in Marina del Rey really helped me out!
I was having an electrical problem with my bike and i took it to them to get fix! I got my bike back couple of days later and after couple of more days the same issue was there so i call them and explain to them what was going on! They told me to bring it back that they will fix it for Free i took it back and they got it Fix and not only that! They offered me to give me the money i spend on the first time i took it to get fix they gave me that money as store credit, i ended up getting a new pair of grips for my bike and the Service Manager Matthew was such a helpful guy he had the new grips installed on my bike completely FREE and gave me new LED Taillight FREE TOO as a compensation for the inconvenience of me having to bring back my bike to get fix. Long story short they BLESSED me with all this and they’re customer service was amazing always making me feel important as a client and getting my bike fix right there while i was waiting in the store im super happy with them i dont know about this bad reviews but i guarantee you they ARE THE BEST IN BUSINESS! Thank you so much Bartels Harley Davison in Marina del Rey i will continue the support and making business with you guys!

Stay away. Purchasing experience was good. The service department is a joke. I took my bike in to check on an oil leak. They held it for a month while keeping me in the dark. I had to call repeatedly to inquire. Upon picking it up I was charged for work that wasn’t performed and told I “should probably get new tires”, like they couldn’t check on those or tell me that while it sat there for a month? Took the bike to another Harley shop and they found a catastrophic failure on the rear wheel which was covered on warranty. I’m glad I didn’t die. I have also discovered other issues now, less that 400 miles later. Sucks that they charged me $700 for nothing but at least the bike is sorted on Harley warranty. Manager has not gotten back to me. Needles to day, I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Not a customer, but I am somebody who had to deal with many of your customers. You need to tell all of those people that are there today (It’s a Saturday) that people still work on the weekends so when they purposely block traffic, we who have a green turn only sign, have to sit there losing money while they’re continuing to blow through a red light because they’re part of a precious better than everybody self entitled motorcycle club. It’s as if they can’t wait two minutes for the next greenlight that they legally can get so they don’t block other people and inconvenience everybody else but themselves so they can meet up altogether in one fell swoop. It’s crazy because you would think that people that drive motorcycles would actually be cool, but they’re actually the most self entitled sacks of sheet that I’ve seen in all of LosAngeles.

They generously allow B.A.C.A to have their monthly meetings their which are open to the public first Saturday of the month 10 am. Not only that, their staff is great, they will help you with any questions the parts guys are super knowledgeable and don't talk down to me, being a female which I've had at 2 other So. Cal. dealerships and although they are not the closest to me they always have stock (pay attention Cal Harley and Huntington HD) great hours & fun events!!! Love you guys!
