Second person waiting in line. The girl before me is busy video calling on her phone. She gets up to the teller unprepared, no debit card or ID, she tells the teller she has to go to her car to look for her ID. The teller (associate 720) decides to hold up the line instead of asking for the next person in line. She says she’s waiting for her to go to her car while there is a line and no other tellers available because they only had 2 to begin with and other other teller was busy with the same person for the entire time I was in the bank. All the while B of A people knew their App was down and people can’t conduct any business on the app! Bad idea and customer service to hold up the other prepared customers waiting to conduct their business while she allowed the u prepared girl to go to her car. It wasn’t a quick trip to her car. She comes back STILL on her phone and goes to the back of the line where she knew herself she’d have to wait again or maybe not if only the teller had the correct professionalism and customer acumen to help the others waiting to be helped. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think it’s time to move all my money to another banking system. Shame on you associate 720! Terrible.

This is my second time at the branch and the second time I’ve come into contact with Melina, the bank teller. Go in to cash a check and claims the check doesn’t meet their criteria. She takes the check without saying a word and photocopies my license and the check saying, return it to the maker. No explanation whatsoever. On top of it all doesn’t validate my parking i had to go to the front desk. I ask to speak to a manager. No manager here, can’t give out that information. If Melina calls you up just wait for the next teller. Matter of fact don’t even come here they are all rude.

Jasmine a department manager is very active, very knowledgeable and if any request she couldn't solve, she will find out a way to make it happen and she follows up with the customer, this is what we are missing at other locations and other institutions.

BELIEVE. THE. HYPE. These tellers are total trash! Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to customers. I came on here to leave a bad review and i see tons of people beat to it. Not sure why these women are so rude to customers but holy cow, i’d never come here again. These associates need to be fired or reassigned to something that doesnt deal with people. Such unnecessary ignorance

This Bank of America Branch is the worst in the entire B of A system. They make up their own rules in violation of both B of A policies and Federal Reserve rules. The tellers are hostile and the managers or completely incompetent not knowing the Bank's rules or policies. They make them up according to how you challenge them to explain why you cannot complete a simple transaction. Stay away from this branch it is a total waste of time to go there for banking services. I went to the Santa Monica Branch and had no problem completing my transaction with no hassle or delay.

the worst bank on the planet. rude employees, completely incompetent dont go there unless you want to have a heart attack from frustration.This is one of the geniuses and then she called her boss who claims she worked at Bank of America for decades and she was even worse and when I tried to take a picture of her she actually hid. So yes do not go there
