prescription lineup moving. It is VERY HELPFUL TO ME TO BE ABLE TO HAVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS

I ordered a photo that was supposed to be printed within an hour. 2 hours later I came in and it hadn't been printed. I waited in line and they assured me it would be ready in 10 minutes. Half an hour later someone else told me they couldn't print it at all. Bring your business to a pharmacy that is respectful of your time.

The store absolutely sucks if you need to buy something that is locked by employees. Otherwise it's ok. Parking is not the best but not the worst. The pharmacy can have a short wait but not too bad. There are no automated machines so you have to interact with a cashier.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR JESSICA. I am writing this review in utter disbelief and anger after the appalling service my 71-year-old grandmother received at our local CVS pharmacy from a pharmacist named Jessica. This experience was not only disappointing but downright disrespectful and negligent. When my grandmother went to pick up her prescription, Jessica bluntly turned her away, claiming the prescription was wrong. This claim was later proven false, but the real issue was Jessica's attitude. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. When we tried to discuss the matter, she cut us off, saying, "I said what I said, I'm not talking to you anymore." This is unacceptable behavior from someone in her position. Even after correcting the supposed issue with the prescription, Jessica and the pharmacy staff refused to accept it without any logical reason. They effectively left an elderly woman without her necessary medication. It's not only unprofessional but also inhumane. This experience has left us shocked and deeply upset. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency displayed by Jessica is alarming. I am concerned for any vulnerable individual who might encounter this kind of treatment at a place where care and understanding should be paramount. I hope this review serves as a serious wake-up call for the management to address such unacceptable behavior in their pharmacy.

Pretty awful service here. It's a huge store and one of the biggest in the area, yet it doesn't have self checkout and often has 1 person at the register helping a line of 10-15 people while other employees wander around looking lost. I asked an employee for some help finding an item, and they basically said "I don't know, I'm new" and went off to help someone else. Y'all need to shape tf up...

The customer facing staff are great, the pharmacists are rude AF. Agree with the comment about Nguyen below - impatient, interrupted me before I finished my question and then gave an "up to you" non answer. She's not the only rude pharmacist encounter I've had when calling in to do their job regarding my prior authorizations. There's no accountability nor is there a desire to truly help. If they weren't so close and convenient I would never recommend the pharmacy there. So much anxiety every time I pick up a prescription.

Their pharmacy employees were rude and hurt me when administering my flu shot. Their website says walk-ins accepted. I came 20 minutes early to my appointment and asked how long I will wait and if I can just do a walk-in. “Will” curtly replied “as you can see we are busy and you will need to wait.” There was no line, it was a Wednesday evening, and I obviously cannot see how busy they are behind their computer screen. He didn’t need to be rude as it was just a question. Then, they rushed my flu shot and painfully poked my muscle, which has never happened to me before. I will not be going back and do not recommend.

The prices for nearly everything at CVS, and this location in particular, have come to resemble that of a convenience store where you feel gouged and therefore resentful after purchasing anything. I'd recommend CVS to be less greedy and to make their prices more competitive.

Untrained, unprofessional, rude. CVS offers services for which their workers are not trained on how to provide it. Managers were not helpful either. Not to mention that everyone were being unfriendly and their comments were inappropriate.

Very unprofessional. Staff in need of training to provide customer service. Went to this location a few times and in every encounter the staff was rude and unqualified to provide service they are offering.
