Pretty awful service here. It's a huge store and one of the biggest in the area, yet it doesn't have self checkout and often has 1 person at the register helping a line of 10-15 people while other employees wander around looking lost. I asked an employee for some help finding an item, and they basically said "I don't know, I'm new" and went off to help someone else. Y'all need to shape tf up...

The customer facing staff are great, the pharmacists are rude AF. Agree with the comment about Nguyen below - impatient, interrupted me before I finished my question and then gave an "up to you" non answer. She's not the only rude pharmacist encounter I've had when calling in to do their job regarding my prior authorizations. There's no accountability nor is there a desire to truly help. If they weren't so close and convenient I would never recommend the pharmacy there. So much anxiety every time I pick up a prescription.

RUDE STAFF + AWFUL SERVICEDO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED A CARD PRINTED!Apologies as I go semi-Karen here with my review, but people should know:This location was listed as one of the places that had a guaranteed same-day pickup.So after placing an INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT order under the expectation that I could pick it up that same day, the CVS website told me my order would be ready at 1:05 pm.Knowing it was a Saturday, I figured I'd give them at least an hour extra to have the card printed -- and so I arrive much later and inform the staff that I'm here to pick up my personalized greeting card.Only then do they tell me that the printer isn't working, and then the worker unnecessarily gets all rude and snarky by saying it was my fault for not calling in.How about you take one of these common sense solutions:1) Update your website and say that your printer is broken2) If you don't want to update your website, call the customers immediately after they place their order online & let them know that the printer isn't working.* Seems pretty easy since CVS website asks customers to put their callback number on orders anyway.3) If you can't do either of those realistic things, don't make it out to be the customer's fault & be rude about it to reasonably unhappy customers who are trying to respectfully ask where they can go to get the order fulfilled.So yeah. This was unfortunate. But what made it even more unfortunate was the rude staff.I guess I might have gone full Karen. Sorry for that, but at the same time -- not really sorry.Way too many CVS options out there to give this one your business. My suggestion: find a different CVS.

I found the pharmacist Nguyễn to be cold rude and unhelpful. She also told me to wait ( which I did) and then took another patient who wasn't in line ahead of me.Wish I could have had a better experience.

What a great experience with Alfonso, Sam, & Vainey at this location recently!The All-In-One Flossing System that I bought several months ago stopped working unexpectedly. I called this location & Vainey was super helpful in doing an exchange for a new system. Sam & Alfonso were professional/pleasant in processing the exchange & making sure the new system worked properly.I'm a CvS customer at another nearby location.. However, after the recent pleasant experience at this location, I might start shopping here.Kindly acknowledge Vianey, Alfonso, & Sam for the great CVS employees tha they are. It was truly a prompt & pleasant experience doing the exchange at this location. :)

Diana got me to join CVS CarePass. I don't know if I'll be keeping it, but she was the first cashier to ever make an effort to explain this program to me, and she wasn't pushy at all. At the moment, I was in. She was honest in saying it has a $5 monthly fee, and she also provided the information of what it was about on a flyer, including a number to call if I do decide to cancel. Truth is, I usually use self-checkout (which I believe they don't have here) so Diana was a very pleasant employee to work with!

It's 10:52, I arrived three minutes ago they have a stupid sign that says OPEN FROM 7am-11pm BUT THEY CLOSED 10:50pm. Can't make the time you should be open find another job what kinda service is that you guys are a PHARMACY FFS I wonder if the owner knows you guys can't handle the last 10min or change the dog to 7am to 10:45pm so I don't walk for no reason because you beauty gets to tired to stay open until the end the shift!

This CVS is in a little strip mall in Mar Vista. Parking is easy and free. The store is very clean and the staff is nice. I was here to get the Covid booster shot. They were ready for me right at my appointment time. It did not take long at all and everything was set up. I did not see anyone not wearing a mask and all the staff was wearing masks as required by law here. While I was there, I thought I would shop. They have a great selection. I was able to get those little travel items you may want for a To Go bag which I carry in my trunk. They have so much candy and cookies. The wait to check out was not at all long and the person checking us out was super nice. I will be back to this one.

Not sure why they have so many poor reviews but we had no problems the few times we shopped here. The store is a bit crowded but we've always been able to find what we want. It is a popular store so often there are lines. The clerks work pretty fast and I've seen them open up more cashier stations when the line gets long. Parking is a problem as they are next to Mitsuwa, which is super popular with a food court inside. Other than that I think it's a good store.

Have to add I went back to this location again to pick up another money transfer for the same thing (my mistake). I called first after all the problems. Of course I was told the MoneyGram system was working. I got there about an hour later and waited for a girl behind the counter who was more interested in the call on her cell phone and her false eyelashes than any customer. When she finally got off her call she looked up and hesitantly asked if I needed something. I said I had called about MoneyGram but the kiosk seemed to be unplugged and asked if there was an issue. Her response was "if it's not on obviously it's not working" (i guess not so obvious to someone who just called and was told "it IS working maam"). I asked if she could tell me where the next closest MoneyGram would be and her response wasn't telling me where another CVS was and calling to make sure or using her previous cell phone to find a location and call because their store is horrible at communicating. Her response was "I don't know nothing". So disgusting. She really does not know anything. But CVS feels comfortable hiring this girl and letting her be the face and voice that represents their Company.

Rude staff. They never have enough clerks at the registers but the staff is just so bad it's not worth going here for anything
