Not getting the speed I signed for and when I try to contact, I get people who know nothing about services and just lie to me that it will be done in 24 hrs and now its 48 hrs.

For an exchange iPhone order, I was given a wrong envelope. The phone was delivered where Trade in phones are sent. The old manager had no idea what was done; however the new manager understood everything and worked right on the issue. He escalated my case to Tier 3 and I got my refund of the old phone the same day. I am really happy with the service under the current manager. He is awesome and understands his customer needs well. Awesome!!

8mbps download speed …trashhh.AT&T fiber is way better and cheaper.The dips in network status are so frequent, this shouldn’t cost anything to have. Let alone $120$+.

Going to this store is about as worse then going to the BofA in Manteca. No one helps you no one ask if you need help and they don't know what they are doing. Very sad xfinity definitely looking for alternatives for internet and cable..............

Went @ 7pm on 10-17-23 to return 2 cable boxes. Door was locked with people inside. Flashback COVID days. The employee unlocked the door as a customer exited, the employee said " We are closed because we are understaffed" and wouldn't allow me to return the cable boxes. When asked for his business card and name, he refused and shut/locked the door. He was not wearing a name badge as you would expect. Another customer was walking up and became disgusted as well with the store being closed. WORST customer service I have every experienced @ Comcast/Xfinity. I have been a non-stop customer for 40 years with multiple houses and even service in other states! Maybe its time for a change. Unfortunately I am FORCED to give it 1 Star, otherwise it would be 0.UPDATE: Owner answered by giving a link to a chat agent. HORRIBLE customer service. If you truly want to understand the situation, you would not push them off to CORP. YMMV

I went to this store to exchange my box, because it needed to be upgraded. Turns out this Lady gave me a bad box that over heats. According to the Tech that came to my house today to give me a brand new box that actually works.

No I don't recommend Xfinity to anybody. They have to many outages and don't tell anyone about the outages. I pay a monthly service for their service and I call them to get credit for outages. Every since I started getting credit they increased my payment. I have to call every month to straighten out my payment now they have me with a late payment and I have to call them or go down to the store and explain to them about the outages. It were in the area of 95337 area code. Their virtual service sucks and the billing department is so screwed up that my bill is up and down all around. Don't know where in the hell it's at. Plus I have to wait 45 minutes to almost 2 hours on the phone to talk to a live person. I recommend that everybody that has Xfinity to boycott or discontinue service with them and go with someone else. Xfinity is gone way downhill matter fact I think they hit hell is where they went.

Where do I even start. There was a promotion of $600 dollars for the iPhone I was trading in. They told me that the max I can get is $400 when the Tracy Xfinity Store was telling me other wise. I traded in a device and ported a number because they told me that in order to get the $400 credit, I must trade in a device and port a number. Come to find out, the $400 was just to port the number and they never applied the trade in on my account. They kept the phone and didn't even apply the trade in. I go to get my phone back because they didn't apply the trade in and the manager tells me that they have already shipped out the phone to the company. And that the trade in won't show on the account because it's with a whole different company. They had no way of showing us any proof that the device was even traded in. If someone trades in a device, is there not supposed to be some sort of notes or transaction on the account that shows that a device was traded in? The fact that the trade-in didn't even show on the account was already fishy enough. We asked multiple times for proof of a shipment or something that we could have to tell us that a trade-in was even applied. After going back and forth, the manager provided us with some sort of shipping information but when we checked, it didn't match up with the date we went to the store. We tell them to cancel all the lines and give us our money back and we'll return the phones we purchased. After this, we were told that there's a possibility that our traded in phone wouldn't be returned to us if the company processes it. The manager tells us that if the credits are applied. We'll get the $400 in credit and he'll give us $200 in cash. $75 for assurant value and $125 from the store("I'll write you guys a ticket"). We decided to keep that line but still wanted our phone back. After 2 and a half hours of going back and forth, he goes to the back and comes out with the phones saying that he found these in the case. One of them was our phone that we traded in. So the whole time he's been telling us that the phone is already shipped out and that he overlooks it all and at the end it was in the safe the whole time. We went to the Tracy store the next day and were informed that the trade-in company does not give cash at all and they only send check. And that they are not allowed to hand us cash. Also, the $400 promotion was JUST for porting a number, not trading a phone in. So they kept our phone and didn't apply the trade in. This just goes to show the trickery, lack of knowledge, and cunning ways that were used on us. Highly recommend to not go to this store for your services. Tracy is safest bet for closest Xfinity store. The employees are trained, experienced, and not there to take advantage of you.

I came to this store on Monday September 25, 2023 to activate my new iphone but somehow the sales representative and the manager got sneaky by setting up new seperate account for my wife and told me it would save us money. They explained that a Xfinity/Comcast home security technician would come over to the house to work on my existing home security system. On October 2, 2023 the Xfinity/Comcast home security technician explained to me that in order for my existing home security equipment such as the 3 cameras and the touch screen system have to be replaced or else it is not going to work on the new modem. I told him I don’t want a new security system since the existing Home security system I have are still working. The Xfinity/Comcast technician told me that the Manteca Xfinity/Comcast store is not a Company store. Furthermore, the Xfinity/Comcast technician told me that it is owned privately and operated separately from the Company store and It is very sneaky on this kind of business practices. The Xfinity/Comcast home security technician told me that the Manteca Xfinity/Comcast store representatives and manager had done it to many other of their customers by opening up a new separate Xfinity/Comcast account to make and increase their sales but not to save money. He advised me that if I have a Xfinity/Comcast problem go to either Modesto or Tracy Xfinity/Comcast store.

DO NOT WASTEVYOUR MONEY OR SANITY. Their internet services SUCKS. Outages every month. 3 days my internet has gone out this week. Absolutely the worst service ever!

GET FRONTIER INSTEAD. THIS IS GARBAGE SERVICE FOR MANTECA. CONSTANT OUTAGES AND CANNOT CONNECT TO ANY DEVICES AFTER CONSTANT UPDATES. THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF THIS AREA FOR XFINITY NEEDS TO GET FIRED FOR ALL THE OUTAGES AND NON REFUNDS FOR THE WEEKS OF NO SERVICE. LOOK UP OUTAGES ON FB GROUPS OF MANTECA TO SEE THE CONSTANT OUTAGES OF XFINITY. THEY WILL TAKE MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT SERVICE. THEIR ROUTERS WILL NOT CONNET TO YOUR NEW TV’s or PlayStations due to the “6G” “10g” networks they are claiming. PLEASE RECONSIDER SERVICE IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER IN THE MANTECA AREA.
