I only drink Lucerne nonfat milk; it's the best, same with all the Signature items, especially the bakery goodies...but the last three times my husband has brought me home Signature Chicken Caesar Salads, the lettuce has been partially pinkish brown! I told him not to buy salads there, but he doesn't want to have to go to other grocers. He's going to Save Mart tomorrow to replace the two he bought yesterday (which were dated 3/05/27, btw.) Please do better or at least don't use the Signature brand on your unworthy sickly prepared salads.

So I had a really good experience when I went in recently when I ordered for drive up. I pulled up and then I realized I needed to run in for a birthday celebration. I had my one year old son with me and there was absolutely no shopping carts in the front, so I asked the store clerk for a shopping cart and he went out to the parking lot to find one and not only did he find just a cart but one that was the kids one with a little sports car. So I appreciated That. The drive up experience was also really pleasant. This is not my second or third time. They usually will bring out the grocery within five or seven minutes of you arriving as long as you have notified them you were on your way at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to arriving.However, my favorite part of the store is it's pretty clean and the staff is pretty helpful. But when you walk into the floral department, it's always so full with a lot of variety and a lot of beautiful stuff. I have been to some stores where the arrangements are terrible. But the florist here are amazing, they Usually have two or three people working the floral department during the day. Their expertise and knowledge is great, I'm attaching photos of reference of their work. You definitely will get a good floral arrangement at a very well price. I am looking to use them for an event in the future just because they have reasonably priced flowers, but they will arrange them for you in a vase for an additional cost or or you can simply have them wrap them in paper for you, arranged for free

They have bugs in there boxed goods just found some in my mac noodles gross the store needs to be sprayed for bugs now my house needs to be sprayed pain save had them too threw out a lot of boxed goods m.fuckers merry Christmas to me

Cashier Britany was very rude. Would rather chitchat with her coworker and male customer. I was looking at the screen making sure they were the right price didn't realize her coworker started bagging, she saw my bag on the cart and then stopped scanning, and said next time put it on the belt, we didn't know you had one. So she proceeded to throw my things from the belt. Didn't even tell me she was done scanning just stood there staring. Maybe next time ask the customer if they wanted bags before bagging them like everywhere else i've been to, and maybe pay attention to your job instead of chatting. Spending 50 for a few items I expect better customer service! I usually do self checkout at this place. And this is why!

I recently went to get some groceries, and grabbed a Berry Green Salad with Chicken. Everything looked great until I got home. The berries were molded, the lettuce looked wilted. Was not expecting this in my salad.

I went into Safeway the yesterday and got a couple things from deli Britany was the person that helped me she was very friendly and helped me right away. She was also the only one that was working at the time everyone was in the back doing nothing. She called for help a number of times but no one helped. She is awesome. I would only go there if she's there great customer service She needs to be promoted

I would be very careful getting anything from the Deli, I just watched the lady (Anette) that works here serve 2 people from the cold case (salads) without putting on gloves, before serving them she was on the back, who knows what she was doing back there and she didn't even go to the sink and wash her hands. After that she went back into the back to do whatever and came out to cut cold cuts for someone else this time she had gloves on but did not change them, did not wash her hands again.... Definitely going someplace else to get my cold cuts. Almost forgot, when I told customer service they said they will need to let the manager know and then went back into the office and never called anyone to go take care of this.... 20 minutes later she is still doing the same thing and no one cares enough to send the manager over to stop it fro continuing.

I work as a shopper for the instacart and often come to this store and never had a problem until yesterday with one of the cashier name Ruth i ask her to not to put all the heavy item in one bag and she got so upset she didnt want to bag my grocery so i had to bag them myself and she was very rude and to me in front of other customer very upsitting to me. If she treat others this way and gets away with it all the tine the moral of this place is terible. She should be fired i think so she never treats anyone else this way.

I went in to get a deli sandwich. 2 employees were working the deli counter and there were no other customers. Both employees started arguing over who would help me. Apparently it was not their "job" or they were too "busy". I left without buying anything and went to Save Mart where a very nice person made my sandwich and it was $1 cheaper. I know where I am going next time.

This place use to be my go to for custom cakes and fried chicken. First off, they couldn't make my cake due to a shortage of strawberries and then each inside topping in 10 dollars plus the price of a custom cake total 70+!? Then advertise fried chicken and don't have any at 10am? But you can't cook them any earlier? This place is a joke, save your time and money. Please visit your local Savemart instead.

I am so sad that I have to write a review like, this it's one of my favorite stores to shop in. However, when placing an order online to be delivered buyer beware. I placed an order early this morning, I was very specific and made sure to check all "do not substitute' any of my items. They mailed emailed the receipt and several items had been substituted and they added items that I never asked for. I immediately called the delivery number, after cancelling my order, I was told that it would take up to seven business days before the money would be put back into my account. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, fortunately I will survive this, but what if it was all the money that I had, what if I had no other resources to feed myself for the next seven days? Why is it that they can take money out of someone's account but take up to seven days (while the money accrues interest) to pay you back when they are the ones that made the mistake? Again, buyer beware, I will never ever use that service with them again.
