Mr. Gill was courteous. He acknowledged we were there on time for our appointment and would be with us as soon as he could. He was patient and competent. We appreciated that he listened to our needs, cared for them, explained each step. Made sure our needs were met before finishing.

Was driving through and needed a Wells Fargo quickly! It was a very busy Friday afternoon, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I believe it was the manager that checked with everyone in line and made sure that customers were in the right line and got their questions answered. Would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area!

This is why I'm not a Wells Fargo customer. $7.50 fee to cash a check that was issued by Wells Fargo. This bank nickels and dimes working class people. Don't support Wells Fargo and its unjust practices. Do your research and find better options.

On Saturday, March 25th 2023 at aprox. 11:45 (about 15 minutes before closing) I walked in the branch wanting to discuss an issue with my mortgage. I was a little upset but not terribly. I waited around for a little bit, and then a gentleman, aproximately 5'10", maybe 35 years old, black hair, approached me and asked how he can help. I explained that I have a mortgage with WFB and needed to understand why several of my payments were being held instead of being applied to the mortgage. I've had a mortgage at the branch for many years and needed help. I've also been a customer since 1989. He politely explained that i need to go online and look up the mortgage division as they don't handle that here. I explained that, No, i prefer to talk to a live person as i have been doing for years. I also looked up at the clock and suspected he was just trying to hurry me out the door so they can close up. There was maybe 10 minutes before closing at noon. I was a little stubborn, and a little skeptical (although i later found out he was right). When i didn't immediately head towards the door, he became visibly upset and asked me to leave. Not liking to be pushed this way, i asked him if maybe he could help me instead. He insisted i leave "his branch" and at this point it became an argument. Although no one was shouting, he was making a scene. At one point, he asked an employee watching to "call the cops". The gentleman had a melt down and said i was a racist (maybe because I am an elderly white person and he is Asian? I have no idea why he said that.) He began pointing his finger at me, close to my face, and at one point, i thought he was going to get physical with me. I literally told him to "go ahead, lay your hands on me and see what happens". I think i said this more than once as he was pointing his fingers at my face, and not too far from it. There were cameras all over the place so if he had assaulted me, there would be a video record of it. There's more to it than that. he accused me of being rude to his employees (although he was the only one i spoke with) and he's not going to put up with it. He calmed down some and then told me to look up on my phone the telephone number. I asked him for the phone number, and he again told me to look it up on my phone. I told him i have a flip phone and don't access the internet with it at which he thought this was funny for some reason and then said something like "well, that explains it" (whatever that means). Finally, he told the male employee watching that to go ahead and give me the number. As the gentleman was walking away, he was red in the face and insulting me in front of other customers. Finally, the male employee that had been quietly watching, gave me the telephone number on a piece of paper and i proceeded to leave at this point.

Not happy there is not enough account reps available to help customers until days later, I've been doing business with this bank for years, but if service is not there I'll be looking for a new bank.

Service with a smile it's so nice that a bank can still have fast service and still be professional and friendly.

Walked in and wanted to open a secondary checking account and one for my son. A man said I can sit and wait. Then a banker, Liberty, asked me how she can help. I old her what I needed and she said we had to make an appointment ahead of time yet you have 3 bankers sitting there with no one in front of them. Horrible!!!
