I ordered online some frozen treats on 4th of July. I kept getting messages that said, we are sorry your order has been delayed. When they finally showed up all my frozen foods were melted or thawed. I tried to return this gooey mess and was told I needed to return items to the store. I have just had surgery and cannot leave my home. How am I supposed to return items? I am very disappointed. Walmart owes me for my order!

With everything locked up and most employees without the key it makes a thirty minute trip into a one hour trip just by having to wait and look for someone with a key then some don’t have a radio to call for someone it’s all a disaster

Inept Employees. I asked 3 employees in the hallways to open the display case for my lancets to prick my fingers to test my glucose. And no one could help me... unbelievable

Terribly small and cramped. I felt scammed how uncomfortable it is in here. Walmart reliably has water shoes every season but this location is too small to carry most seasonal. We’re honestly better off without this location.

This review is for curbside pick up. As the attendant was loading the items I noticed a wrong item which he said was a substitution that I did not even see an option to decline.
Anyway that is besides the point,. After I told the attendant that I do not want the items as they are not practical to have as a replacement. Told me to call 1800 walmart to ask for a refund and he will come back out to getthe item back. I called, automated processed the return, however will not be complete until I go inside to scan the barcode on my phone. Well then that just defeats the purpose of trying to save time by not going inside the store but now I have to and get in line.. we all know how that line gets at any walmart.
Not the most convenient experience.

Removing the self check out is an extreme inconvenience. My favorite store is going to make me start going to Target. Smh
