Got the Warrior Bowl with an Immunity Boost...crunchy and delicious. Service was fast. Very clean and funky interior...outdoor seating included.

I really enjoy Vitality Bowls and all of their smoothie and bowl options they have to offer. This location is in the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley in Manteca. Depending on who is working, the customer service can be really great or really bleh. (Most times it's really great.) The cafe is small with a seating capacity of about 20 (eyeballing it). It's well kept and always clean. Not often busy and I can see it being a nice place to get some work done.My favorite menu items are the Tropical Bowl, the Groovy Guava smoothie, and the Invigorator juice.I recently tried the chimichurri steak wrap and it was a no for me. It was a lot going on in the wrap. There was greens, steak, brown rice & quinoa, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds all wrapped in a tortilla. After a few bites I felt extremely full and not in a good way. It wasn't disgusting, but I don't think I'd order it again.I do wish there were options for smaller size portions. Paying nearly $20 for an acai bowl that I can't finish and can't save for later just isn't ideal.

The first few times we've gotten it it's been good. But extremely inconsistent. I swear every single time it's a completely different drink even when it's the "same" drink. I'm guessing most of the workers don't measure. Their drinks usually are out on time and definitely are healthier than Jamba but if you want consistency , this isn't the place lol. We go strictly because it's healthier than Jamba and quick but $20 every time for 2 drinks

pricey and not that great. they were out of my first couple of options. ended up ordering two smoothies and paid about $20. lacked flavor and kind of tasted like dirt. Won't be back.

This place has a good product to serve but unfortunately has a ridiculous wait time for no reason , I have been here enough times to know that anytime I want something as simple as a bowl I'm waiting 20min minimum and that's a short wait time . Even when they aren't busy the staff working the back takes there sweet time and act as if we have all the time in the world . Great product , horrible wait times .

As long as you pre-order them because they do take kind of long to make them, these things are freaking amazing and I'm addicted. I would definitely advise going to this place.

A few months ago I started on a new journey into alkaline dieting. It's very rare to find a place if ever that has EXACTLY what you can have. I had never been to a vitality bowl before and happened to see it going to the gym. Decided to give it a shot when I saw a green vegetable smoothie option.First and foremost the service has always been great, I was one of the first customers at opening time and ordered the vitality wrap (which is absolutely incredible I'm totally addicted. I've been back 4x to get that) anyway, the employee said the wild grain wouldn't be ready for a bit and asked if I wanted to wait or order something else. Of course I wanted to wait. About 15 minutes later she apologized and said it would be a longer wait and offered a complimentary immunity shot. I thought that was a wonderful way to keep the customer happy, however I declined and was happy to wait. She continued to check in with me as the time went eventually resulting in taking the wrap without the grain. Each time I have went the service was wonderful and the options are epic and taste fantastic. Dragon smoothie was my favorite with the vitality wrap of course. Finally a legit clean eating option for those on strict diets. Little outside seating as well which is nice in the morning when it's quiet.

Quality of bowls have gone down for sure. I ordered online to pick up. I ordered with granola bottom bowls and of course when I pick up they did not follow the instructions from their own website order. I got two small condiment cups with granola. The bowl did not have its usual honey and banana portion. It was decent but not what I'm accustomed too. I'm hoping it was a fluke of a day.

I love a good fruit smoothie and bowl. Tropical Bowl (5/5): My favorite. Has classic toppings like strawberry and banana, but the coconut shavings pull the flavors together just right.Kids Bowl (5/5): My kiddo didn't prefer it, but still a good option for the parents who eat leftovers or those who just want a smaller portion. Again, classic toppings of strawberry, banana, and granola.The Dragon, smoothie: I didn't try this, but my kiddo loved it. He nearly finished it. Good option to share for the little ones.Overall 4/5 because they had "Kong" playing. If you haven't seen it, it's not the most appropriate movie option for a toddler (who I brought). Indoor and outdoor seating options were available, but the wait for the items seemed extra long as we were trying to distract our toddler away from the film. Otherwise, good location and I would return for their smoothie and bowls.
